Thrilled to have found this flower boutique today! Amazing customer service they made me up two big bunches of flowers within 20minutes that were so beautiful and smelled divine. Both included a card to write on - the attention to detail was appreciated!
Lots of pre made bunches to choose from in store at various price points too!

Such wonderful service. I live in nsw and the lady made it so easy to send my mum some flowers for her birthday in hope island, even though it was on a public holiday. Very friendly and also beautiful arrangements. Thanks veryuch for your help!

Ordered flowers over the phone on a Saturday morning at short notice and the girls were super kind, helpful and prompt in getting something truly stunning out to the recipient that same day. I was over the moon at their customer service in letting me know that the recipient wasn't home and that it had been left in a safe place, which was perfect. Their assistance throughout the whole process was outstanding and the respect for the recipient (as the flowers being for a sad occasion) was very much appreciated. Will definitely be using your fabulous services again in future :)

Friend sent me flowers for my birthday, I sent her a photograph of what I received- she could not believe what was sent for the cost!!! $100 and then on top of that $33 delivery and I live not more than 5 mins up the road. I have had the flowers for 3 days and as you can see not in very good condition already. The bunch consisted of 2 gerbera, a few lilies some of which will never open - buds are going brown and then fill in stuff!!! Seriously, not good enough. For some reason the photos will not upload. I do have photos.
Thank you for replying Jamie - when you called me to say the flowers had been delivered I went straight home and took them inside. It wasn’t a particularly hot day anyway. Also, I do know how to look after fresh flowers. They did look reasonably attractive all wrapped up but unfortunately, as is often the case once unwrapped it’s obvious that a lot of filler was the main part of the bouquet - eucalyptus leaves plus other leaves plus a couple of different cheap white filler flowers. You are correct in saying that the lilies in the bunch would open and smell nice unfortunately, some of the buds didn’t open just went a brownie colour and a couple of the ones that have opened are turning brown as well I trim them off. Also. One of the 2 gerbera that were part of the bouquet started to fall apart the next day. I have salvaged what was still ok but I think for a $110 the flowers should still be in excellent condition 3 - 4 days later. Also, $23 for delivery!! I’ve never heard of a delivery fee no matter what day it is, it’s usually built into the cost of the flowers. I have seen my friends statement and the total cost was $133 I am more disappointed for my friend who sent them to me. I have photos but for some reason they didn’t upload. I think a simple sorry would have been enough on this occasion.
I walk past your shop most days and think it’s very attractive unfortunately on this occasion I’m disappointed.
