It was an awesome experience!!! One of the best Betty's Burger's I've ever had. So fresh and delicious. And the service was incredible! Cate was really helpful with making sure our orders were correct and was very attentive. Will definitely come back.

Food consistently as expected; hot, tasty and just dirty enough.
Service excellent tonight; fast and friendly, and Maddie was wise and polite enough NOT to clear the table while I was still eating (my pet hate which has cost many wait staff a tip). Give that girl a promotion!

I had the pleasure of dining at Betty’s Burgers in Robina, and it was great. Not only is the food absolutely brilliant (the burgers are fantastic, and the shakes are out of this world), but the service is next-level.
I made a mistake when ordering and accidentally chose the wrong burger. When I realized, the staff couldn’t have been more understanding. Emily, who was incredibly busy managing everything out front, took the time to assist me with such kindness and efficiency. She quickly sorted everything out, ensuring I got exactly what I wanted with zero fuss.
It’s rare to come across such attentive service these days, especially during busy times, but Emily and the team at Betty’s really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
If you’re after a great chicken burger, excellent service, and service that genuinely cares about their customers, Betty’s Burgers at Robina is the place to go. Highly recommend! Sorry no photo we just got stuck in.
