Stayed in a one bedroom apartment with an ocean view. Our room was very modern and clean and perfect for a couple. Great pool
area with lots of space (even though we didn’t get to enjoy it because of the rain). A Entire grounds of hotel was very clean. Location was fantastic with a short stroll to Pacific Fair, Cafes and the tram at your door. Would definitely stay again.

Best place to stay everything in walking distance or just catch the tram. Beds very comfortable. The 2 bedroom unit we stayed in was amazing nice furniture, great showers in both rooms, washing machine dryer and dishwasher very handy. Great views from the balcony. Indoor heated pool was great used it a couple of times.
The area is great.
Will definitely be going back to stay 💯

Just had a 7 night family holiday across 4 generations. Bel Air provided a great holiday experience. Highlight was the facility itself with a great location! The pool both indoor and Outdoor, sauna and spa were fantastic. Well maintained and great outdoor facilities. We were blessed with good weather and the outdoor pool was perfect temperature.
Short walk to Broadbeach. Close to heaps of food choices and great coffee just across the road.
We had two two x bedroom units level 13 2131 and level 9 2091 with ocean views.
2131 - Great balcony for sitting in the sun. Unit set up well with seperate spaces for the young family and grandparents.
There negatives were the main bedroom had a super uncomfortable double bed (despite requesting King) and it faced a wall rather than out to the ocean views😒
A very poorly maintained unit with broken shower screen, very aging and dated bathrooms . Not a single sharp knife in the two units, very poorly maintained cooking pots (needed to boil pasta in two pots as no large pot). No serving platters, 6 items of cutlery so needed to wash every time we used them. It wouldn’t take a lot to make the room a lot more comfortable and functioning.
The road works in the area at the moment can’t be helped but it was very noisy at night so needed to keep the beautiful cool air out to be able to sleep.
Overall the outside facilities were an absolute winner and make it great place to stay for a family holiday. Thank you.

I have stayed at he Bel Air previously and found it comfortable,easily accessible,and close to amenities. The staff were helpful and friendly, although it is important to be aware of attendance times.
The rooms were large and fitted with TVs and air-conditioner.
The pool area is family friendly and the small coffee shop is an advantage,when it is coffee time.
Any items needing attention were attended to promptly. Overall an enjoyable family holiday.

Very impressed with check in process, the size of rooms, layout and cleanliness. We have stayed twice at other apartments in Broadbeach but this is the best. Must also say that location to Pacific Fair, Casino, Woolworths, and beach suited my family well. We will try to book again for next holiday break.
