Terrible experience. Asian reception staff at the hope island resort are disgusting. Been over 2 weeks since they “gave” my bond back. I have called multiple times asking for them to send information to my bank in regards to bond release. Everyday it’s “I will do it” and then it never gets done. Receptionist Andrew will never do anything you ask, hands the phone to manager each time. Manager is extremely rude herself. I asked her why it takes weeks for anything to be done and she yells at you over the phone saying she can not answer your questions right now as she can’t multitask and needs to do one thing at a time. Extremely disrespectful and rude when speaking to her. I would like to be emailed / phone call from higher management in regards to this lady asap.
The booking:
The room is falsely advertised, got given a dark and dingy little room, not what the photos are at all. When arrived they said “we need to update our photos sorry”. Spent more time at my own home during the days because there’s no light coming into the apartment and it stunk!!
Cleaning:
Asked cleaners to come back multiple times due to mold everywhere in the bathroom / shower. Leftover hairs in the bed sheets, the balcony was disgusting with children’s writing all over the doors. Mopped and cleaned the balcony and bathrooms MYSELF because it was so horrible. Bought my own mold spray to clean up with.
Parking:
Paid $50 to secure a parking lot that was never secured. Someone took my car spot and we were not able to have a parking spot because of this.
NEVER will I ever come back here and I will make sure I do inform others of this horrible experience

Stayed for 2 nights. Lovely 2 bedroom apartment, both with ensuite. The apartment had everything for a comfy stay with an extra toilet and washing machine/dryer room. Non smoking rooms. Spa pool and pool, gym and steam room facilities on site.

We booked this 2 bedroom apartment for the start of our Queensland trip as it is close to the theme parks. The staff member Gabriel that contacted me to coordinate the booking was very helpful and friendly, the key pick up and check in was easy. It was unfortunately cold and raining when we stayed so we did not have a chance to make use of the pool, although it looked very clean and nice. The room we had was very clean, I have to admit some reviews I read online made me hesitant but I was pleasently surprised by our room it was spotless and smelt fantastic. Furniture was modern and the apartment had everything we needed for the duration of the stay. For the price point it is a very good apartment to book for a family. The mattress and pillows are quite hard though I do reccomend perhaps changing this :-) but it was not a big issue to worry about. I would stay here again but I would probably would request the same room number we had as it seems to differ reviews from apartment to apartment. So I do believe the one we got was very well maintained and cleaned well by the owner. Overall happy with the stay!

Wow 🤩 what an amazing 2 days we had here at Azzura Greens for our daughters formal. From the minute we arrived the staff were so helpful. The room was beautiful and perfect get ready space. The rooms are large with heaps of space and pretty areas for photos. The grounds were perfect for photos. And the pool area was nice 😊 thank you so much for making our daughters weekend perfect.
The only thing to be aware of is parking can be limited. But we made this work and the staff were always available to help

What a fantastic place to stay. Customer service and presentation of the room were fantastic. We will definitely stay here again. Definitely recommend staying here.
