Travelled with two children aged 10 and 14. While the kids were playing a game in the pool, management asked us to tell them to be quiet. They weren’t being disrespectful, just kids having fun, which made us feel unwelcome.
The two-bedroom superior room was acceptable but lacked basic items such as salt and pepper. Access around the resort was inconvenient, as you needed to carry your key at all times to move through common areas.
The steam room was not working, and the gym was extremely basic with no air-conditioning. Reception was also unavailable during advertised business hours, which was frustrating. Pool towels were an additional $15 per person, which felt unreasonable.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this resort for families with kids. The general atmosphere felt unfriendly, and some residents were quite grumpy, which detracted from the experience

The after‑hours check‑in was easy and the location is convenient, with a shopping centre only a short drive away. Security is generally okay, although someone was able to tailgate through the gate behind us, which was concerning.
The apartment itself was fine for a one‑night stay, but definitely not up to a 5‑star standard. The dishwasher had a very strong, unpleasant smell, and the pillows smelt of sweat and clearly needed to be washed or replaced. The aircon in the second bedroom was not working properly with water dripping from the system onto the carpet. The carpet in the main bedroom had stains all over and shower was mouldy. The toilet brushes also need replacing as they are disgustingly filthy🤢🤮🤮. Reject Shop sells them for $5 a pop.
The checkout experience was the most disappointing part. The two young men at reception had a very cold and rude demeanor. One of them was polite until we gave feedback about the issues in the apartment, and his attitude changed immediately. Communication was also difficult as he struggled to understand English, which made the conversation more frustrating.
Overall, the place was relatively clean and okay for a quick stopover, but it is nowhere near the quality it advertises. Not worth the money or the 5‑star rating, and I won’t be returning.
Update: Upon speaking to Geraldine on 09/03/2026, my initial impression of the customer service changed a bit. Geraldine was polite, took my feedback on, and promised to get issues noted above, resolved. If Geraldine was at reception on the day we checked out, I believe we could have had a better experience. She saved the day to a certain extent! This is what customer service should be. Thanks Geraldine.

We stayed in the most lovely apartment in the first tower. It was beautifully presented, smelt nice and fresh on arrival and had heaps of room for our entire family. Having three toilets was a real bonus. We will definitely be back and will be requesting the same apartment.

We picked Azzura Greens because of the location while visiting family. Reception isn’t maned at night but instructions were pretty clear to get the keys. The unit was a good size, two bedroom with full kitchen and laundry. The pool area is very nice. Parking is underground and the entry / exit are on opposite sides, so be cautious when entering and leaving. Our unit unfortunately had a few issues, the WIFI wasn’t connected but was fixed when we mentioned it. The ceiling fan and tv did not work in the master bedroom, we did inform reception but nothing was done about them. The main issue was a bugs in the unit, they were every where and mostly annoying. We were there 6 nights and there was no service to the unit.

Nice resort, poor service. Don’t know how to help when asking for help. Not aware of construction within their own resort as it was “bought property”. Asked where the noise was coming from and they said there is no noise until they finally believed me to check. Not happy with how they spoke to me.
