She is super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions, making me feel completely at ease throughout my treatments. Her professionalism shines through in every step of the process, and I’ve had the best experience during both of my visits so far. I visited a few weeks back and got a what was meant to be a high performance microdermabrasion. The lady rushed and it was over in about 18 minutes. Quite disappointing as I’ve been here before and never had any issues, usually lasting between 45 minutes to an hour and getting a thorough clear out. It was a different lady this time. Money very much well wasted. Won’t be visiting again.

I’ve been going here for almost a year now, and the customer service has been good, BUT it was my first laser session with SILKE & let me tell you she did not disappoint ❤️😍. She was very welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. She is very knowledge and was happy to go the extra mile with me. I will only be booking with her from now. BEAUTIFUL lady, needs a pay rise 🤑🤑

Had treatments a few times and have always left happy, Keeley is a very kind and knowledgeable therapist. I just recently started some skincare she recommended and my skin is loving it, I’d been so afraid of starting retinol but she put me at ease. Will definitely be back, thanks so much.
