Absolutely shit. I’ve spent a lot of money on this place and their clinic workers keep calling in sick on my appointments. Now and the. Is understandable but if I’ve booked appointments a month in advance why are they being cancelled the day of? My most recent issue was that my appointment was cancelled day of because machine apparently wasn’t working and they said they would call me to reschedule. They never called me even tho I had already paid for it. I had to call them and the person in the phone was so rude. She told me the only appointment available was another month away. I’ve now had to wait two months for another treatment and watch this treatment get cancelled again and non refundable. They just want the money. As soon as I started making progress with it too they keep stuffing up appointments. Don’t waste money here. They’re inconsistent and do a terrible job. Different laser techs have different techniques. Some do a lack of a job and some do really good. The others just don’t come into their shift and ruin your days plans. This is my last treatment here.

I have been coming to this clinic on and off for several years, the service seems to be getting worse.
Firstly, I only book chemical peels and LED light therapy because those are the only treatments my skin can handle. Despite explaining many times that skin needling makes my acne worse, I am constantly being pressured to do it anyway. Every appointment feels like an upsell, even after I’ve clearly said no multiple times.
Secondly, I needed to reschedule my appointment and was charged a $50 cancellation fee because I only gave a few hours’ notice. I understood and accepted the policy. However, shortly after, the clinic cancelled my next appointment with only four hours’ notice. I had purposely kept that day free from work so I could attend the appointment, meaning I lost both time and income. It felt very unfair to be charged for rescheduling while the clinic could cancel on me at the last minute without any compensation.
When I called to reschedule, the staff member seemed unsure why the appointment had even been cancelled and suggested someone had gone home sick. With only a few staff working there, the explanation felt like an excuse.
I then rescheduled for the following week, during that call, I was also told my package would expire on 18 May only 2 days before the new appointment. This was frustrating, after already losing $50 from my account and having my appointment cancelled at short notice, and I couldn’t get a refund because the package was purchased on sale.
In the end, I decided not to attend the rescheduled appointment because I was too frustrated, they obviously took another $50 off my account. The most disappointing thing is I highly doubt this feedback will lead to any real action or accountability. My review will receive a generic apology response, the clinic will keep the remaining money on my account, and nothing will actually change. Bye ✌️
UPDATE - I have never cancelled any appointment, I rescheduled. No one explained to me that the "cancellation" policy was waved, I didn't even know you had a $50 cancellation fee until I rescheduled the second time and I accepted that with no complaints I understand why its in place, but there seem to be double standards.

I recently had a microdermabrasion treatment at the Browns Plains clinic. During the session, the staff member asked why I chose microdermabrasion, and I mentioned that it was recommended by a friend. However, the treatment felt rushed, and several steps were skipped. I could tell because I’ve had the same procedure done at this clinic before, and the experience was much more thorough.
I was quite disappointed with the service and asked to speak with a supervisor, but I was told she was unavailable. It’s frustrating because customers pay for a complete service, and it’s unfair when the treatment isn’t performed properly. I felt as though the staff member assumed I wouldn’t notice the difference, which made the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, it felt like a waste of money.

Quite disappointed to book an appointment online more than a week prior, be sent a reminder text assuming it’s the same time & confirming at quick glance (yes my fault for not checking). Coming in 10 mins before your expected appointment to be told it’s been rescheduled for a later time without being called, emailed or messaged besides the reminder text. Then to be told she was about to call you and offer an even later appointment for midday as the tech isn’t available. This is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of peoples time.

I did not have a satisfactory experience with this clinic in Browns Plains and unfortunately would not recommend it.
I purchased the Cosmelan package for $1,500. During the first appointment, Mask 1 was applied at the clinic, and I was booked for an LED light session one week later. I attended the LED session as scheduled and was given a printed instruction sheet outlining the aftercare steps.
However, no follow-up or review appointments were scheduled to monitor my progress or assess the results of the treatment. This was very disappointing, as I expected a higher level of professional care and follow-up support based on the way the service was advertised.
In their advertising, they clearly stated that the package includes three months of review and follow-up. Unfortunately, this was not provided, which felt misleading and untrue.
Unfortunately, I felt that after payment was made, there was a lack of responsibility and ongoing care toward the client. I hope the management will reconsider their approach to follow-up and post-treatment support to ensure better service for future clients.
