I had the most amazing experience, not only with the service i received but the quality of the consultation, presentation/cleanliness of the clinic and the friendliness from all staff I came into contact with. Danielle has done the most amazing job of my lip fillers and has given me the results I had been trying to get from other clinics. Friendly, professional and hygienic. I Would deffinatly make the trip to Brisbane again for any other procedures just to be consulted by this great clinic and it's staff. Well done, and thank-you all so much!

I received a treatment for skin pigmentation at the Australian Skin Clinic in Brisbane at the Myer Centre and was thrilled with the service and treatment that I received, the staff are friendly and professional. A lovely lady named Renee went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease hence why for any future treatments I will be more then happy to travel the 2hrs from Byron Bay back to this clinic. Anytime one of my friends talks about getting a skin treatment I always tell them to go here and would strongly recommend it to anyone thinking about getting a treatment done... Not to mention the more then affordable price whats not to love!!!!

Spent a lot of money and time on Microderm and laser hair removal, and not happy with the results, as there is little to no progress from all my treatments since January. The ladies who worked on me were nice and personable, although I was constantly being sold on something new every visit. I understand they were doing their job, however I explained I was unemployed and was there for specific skin and laser concerns. I had a few situations where appointments were confused by the front desk, or scheduling went wrong. I was also put in the wrong room a couple times, and the staff were confused on which room I was supposed to be getting my treatments in. I felt it was important to share my experience, but unfortunately I would not recommend this place.

I have been going to the Brisbane CBD Clinic for almost a year now and i would recommend this place to anyone who needs abit of help with the overall appearance of their skin. During the time i have been going there, i have found the girls to be lovely, especially Phoebe who i have seen. She would have to be the most loveliest person i have ever met in this industry, is genuine and also is very reassuring in each and every visit. Whilst the treatments, along with the necessary products needed, aren't cheap, i can honestly say, that it's been totally worth every cent. My skin now, compared to last this time last year, is alot smoother, less oily, my pores are more refined and the blackheads are gone. Their sunscreen SPF 50+ is absolutely fantastic too. I am very glad i walked into this place, as i had hesitated going in there for so long.

I purchase IPL treatments online. It would be extremely convenient if the 'appointments' and 'make a booking' functions actually worked. Very poor website quality for 2018, this definitely needs to be improved. I started off going to the Garden City franchise about 4 years ago and I found them very professional and enjoyed my experiences. When I moved, the Carindale franchise became my local store. I think I did about 3-4 treatments here. You would think that a beauty clinic run predominantly by woman would be a safe place, an uplifting environment and a bully free zone. This was not the case with Carindale and now currently the Myer Center Brisbane CBD franchises. Everytime I leave one of these stores I feel worthless and ugly and intimidated. The customer service from these beauty therapists has been atrocious. The first time I booked with the Myer Center, I was told that I (HAD TO) purchase after care products from them and that it was (COMPULSORY). What an absolute joke. Side not: I totally recommend the laser aid cream! I had a bottle from previous treatments and absolutely refused to buy from the Myer Centre. I had a treatment booked in for January and was never contacted by Australian Skin Clinics when the store closed down contrary to the responses on here- saying that the Myer team were diligently contacting clients. My last appointment at the Myer Center was in December and the IPL machine kept cutting out or losing power. The therapist told me that it was one of their old machines with the cooling gas and that was why it kept cutting out 10+ times. A week later I was hospitalised with a skin infection on my armpit, receiving IV antibiotics. Coincidence? Also, you can pre purchase multiple treatments- great when theres a sale but beware you have to use all treatments within 12 months or you forfeit the treatments and you lose your money! Im going to give Laser Clinics Australia or Ella Bachè a go. Good bye Aus Skin Clinics
