The team I’ve met (Matthew, Christian, Monique) are fantastic, and I’m sure the rest follow suit.
I came in after receiving results from a GP who implied I had no hope, only to leave my first session feeling reassured and hopeful about recovery.

I highly recommend Atkins Health. My 81-year-old mother has been seeing Christian at Atkins Health for the past year, and the results have been remarkable.
Thanks to Christian's program, my mother has become significantly stronger, faster, and has gained a lot more self-confidence.

I have been going here on and off for over 6 months due to various injuries (shoulder, lower back and bilateral knee replacements). I cannot recommend Zac highly enough, he is a true professional, very knowledgeable, thorough and has a great disposition on life. He has not only helped me but also explains in depth what is happening and why. I always feel so much better after my program.
If you are in need of an Exercise Physiologist, you won't be disappointed in Zac and the friendly staff at Atkins Health Runaway Bay!
