I bought couple of groupon and it is just near impossible to make or change reservations with these guys. You call in the morning and answer a guy that just has not clue about bookings and you need to call at night and sometime the next day as nobody is there. When you finally speak to a lady there are very few availability and only very early or very late only one day per week. So frustrating. Don't you guys have a secretary that handles calls or a receptionist? Does not seem professional at all.

I called to make a booking and they did not answer the phone to the 4 attempt directly they turned off the phone. Thank you.
