Really enjoyed our stay here. Had a north facing, 2 bed apartment which was very comfortable and well appointed. Great view from the 14th floor. Staff were extremely efficient and super friendly. Location is exceptional. 60m to the beach and 400m to the Northcliffe SLSC where a $10 membership will get you 10 - 20% off all food and drinks.

The Artique is a great place to stay in Surfers Paradise. The room was modern, clean, and very liveable. The after hours entry worked perfectly after Jetstar was super late arriving in Coolangatta. Even though we were on the 22 floor, we could still hear the ever present construction on building sites a couple of blocks away (hard to avoid anywhere there). Friendly and helpful staff. The Gold Coast tram stop just around the corner and brilliant - remember to swipe on and off. Pool area was nice and well maintained, but our time was a bit cool (winter). BMD surf club around the corner and excellent.

Fantastic accommodation. Great locstion, being 10-15 min walk from Cavill Avenue. We were very fortunate to get an upgrade to a two bedroom unit. Rooms were a good size with the main room having its own en-suite and walk in robe. The balcony was accessible from the two bedrooms and the lounge. Balcony had partial water views from 3 sides and a nice 6 seater outdoor setting. Kitchen was well stocked with the necessary pots and plastic ware for cooking. We absolutely loved it here and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again when we at next in Surfers Paradise.

Stayed here for the weekend and the apartment itself was fantastic, but the lift situation is a disaster. Only 2 lifts for 30+ floors is ridiculous at the best of times, but they were malfunctioning all weekend meaning we had to walk up and down the stairs for nearly our entire stay, even from floor 23 at some times. This is really not ideal when carrying bags, and with my parents having injuries and mobility issues. Really soured our experience unfortunately.

Great staff, clean & attractive public areas, safe, great location between Surfers and Broadbeach (and close to beach). Grateful for an upgrade to a 2 bed apartment. Spacious with all the amenities needed for a great stay. Even had a free fireworks display on the night we checked in (nice to sit on the balcony with a wine and enjoy the show). Only reason for a 4 star (not 5) was the apartment (while clean and enjoyable) was starting to show its age. To be fair, if you looked at the price - it’s a 5 star value for money. Thanks to the great team at Artique for the stay.
