I think you get what you pay for and for $630 for 2 nights i guess its what you'd expect. I did not expect a fingernail stuck to the shower wall and a dead cockroach on the kitchen bench in the morning. Carpets definitely need a good clean. Reception staff pleasant but pretty disinterested. We were overlooking Paradise Resort so make sure you don't mind waking to the sound of the kids in the water park next door (I didnt). Wont stay again, budget friendly though.

We had 4 adults stay for a girls weekend away - 2 nights. We loved it here. Great location. Rooms were awesome, beds very comfy. Loved the view of the ocean, river and hinterland. Will definitely be back.

There's a phone in the room but it does nothing, not even reach reception. No ice to be had. Tray in fridge left empty and no amenities on site. Chairs and table out on the balcony not wiped down. 2 chairs on balc for a 2 bedroom seems pretty meagre. 1 person on the reception desk for the 4 hours of manned check-in seems pretty sparse from the perspective of the 3rd person back in the queue. It can't be that difficult to find queen-sized sheets. Although the bed is very comfy. And it's very quiet with the windows closed (so the air-conditioning stays on.)

Modern apartment with most amenities you’d want.Systems and instructions in place for a easier stay.
The main issue was the air quality on our floor. While the rooms were generally well maintained from a housekeeping perspective, there was dust noticeable throughout the apartment.
AC and vents need deep cleaning. If you look near the ac openings and the laundry area, it is noticeable.Cleaners can only do as much when the building is cycling dusty air I think.
I hope the hotel management reviews the conditions and ensures the entire building vent system is cleaned and maybe change hepa filters or something-it did not feel nice breathing the air inside. The apartment was ok, but the hallways were difficult to breathe in. We experienced allergic symptoms during the stay, and couldn't enjoy being in the place as much due to it.
The view from the balcony was beautiful despite being on the inner side with no ocean in sight.

Very good comfortable quiet apartment with good views.
Very awkward and inconvenient check-in at an unmanned shop 800m away.
I left my luggage in a locker at the check-in venue for $15 in the morning, and had to return it to collect it and the key after 3pm, then had to walk with my bags for 15 minutes to the apartment. Lucky I am fit.
