I ordered the reef deluxe aqua pulse spa in black and we totally love it. It looks so stylish and we have had so many compliments about the colour, The jets are great and you can turn the pressure up and down as you wish, the lights are a great feature and the many different colours you can choose from or the multi colour feature which is popular with my teen daughter, and we all love the fountains the deluxe spa comes with which you can turn off if you want a quiet relaxing spa. The communication with them was great and I was one of those annoying customers with heaps of questions before I bought it, The delivery drivers were so patient and helpful as my measurements were slightly out and we had to think of what to do so please double check your measurements.

Excellent communication from start to finish!!!! It s a big ticket item that has the potential to be a tricky install but all my questions before purchasing were answered and delivery was super smooth! The delivery guys worked hard, were friendly and considerate of our neighbours property as well as our own. My only regret was not buying the spa sooner! No complaints at all!!! So refreshing g to have good old fashioned customer service along with a great product at a fair price! Well done!

We bought our spa which was delivered almost a week ago. Buying was such an easy process and the delivery people were wonderful in placing the spa exactly where we needed it to go.
The spa itself arrived in perfect condition and is so lovely to use. We have the temperature set to 33 degrees which is so comfortable to cool off in on a hot day and the jets give a great massage. I hope that when the weather cools we can enjoy turning the heat up and having some lovely evenings in a lovely hot spa.

The Service before, during and after delivery was excellent, personalised and helped with absolutely all of my requests and requirements. The Spa itself exceeded all of my expectations in looks and quality of function. I would not hesitate to purchase another Spa from them directly if needed at my next property and I would 100% suggest them to everyone. Excellent Product/Price/Service. 5 Stars.

Can't fault either the spa or the business. Am amazed at the quality at any price but especially at $4999. The spa is perfect for us and it was a pleasure dealing with Aqua Pulse Spas and the helpful friendly staff.
