Checked out the gym during a work trip in GC. It’s massive, well spaced and clean compared most of the other gyms. It was great to chat with Connor and Mario. Plus bumped into redbull AU ❤️

Love this gym! The facilities are top-notch, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Mario and Connor at the front desk made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Their helpfulness and positive energy really set the tone for a great workout. Highly recommend!

This gym is huge and clean. The staff is nice as well. Def recommend if you’re ever visiting the Gold Coast.

Used the facilities as a visitor from Sydney and absolutely taken back by how good this venue is. My local AF is pretty run down and compact so seeing this one is eye opening. Very jealous for the locals in this hood. I went during Xmas break and had nill interaction with staff, so only commenting on the physical gym but it's safe to say its a fantastic set up. Good job floks.

Great update of gym. May I suggest bins in the toilets please. Not everything should be flushed down a toilet. Manuals for the treadmill screens would also be appreciated. Thank you
