It was the worst. I showed her picture of the hair color that I wanted. She assured me that she can do it. But the result was not even close to that. All of my friends and coworkers are very surprised how she can receive money with doing this mess. she charged me $130 the full amount that we agreed upon in the beggining, she got the money, but I didn't get the hair that we agreed. And I asked her at least if she can try one more time to make my hair like the color on the picture. And she denied to do it. If I was her, I would feel so shame to receive the money. How can I get money from others by ruining someone's hair? I feel like I have to be reimbursed for my time and hair.

I love being able to walk down the street from where I live and get a decent, and decently priced, haircut whenever I want! The owner is SUPER friendly and knows her stuff about hair! Would highly recommend. :)
