I have been attending TYBA physio for the past couple of months due to shoulder and wrist issues. Kieran really spoke with me about my core issues before applying some conservative treatment and proving home based elements. I have had a life changing experience at TYBA Physio, they take a very holistic and fresh approach to Physio and help you to trust your body again. I first attended the clinic with back pain which I have been suffering with on and off for a number of years. Kieran quickly diagnosed the problem , provided treatment and educated me on a different way to view pain. He backed up the treatment and knowledge with physio exercises to help me to strengthen my back and I’m now able to do things I just wouldn’t have been able to do before.
I had also been suffering with constant shoulder pain for several months. My GP sent me for an ultrasound and X-rays and prescribed a cortisone injection. I discussed the reports and the proposed injection with Kieran. He suggested he could treat my shoulder and I could possibly avoid the cortisone injection. He was right, my shoulder is now significantly improved and I have managed to swing my golf clubs for the first time in a long time. So I can’t recommend Kieran and TYBA Physio highly enough. I had been struggling with knee pain after running for a long time. A few visits with Kieren and he equipped me with exactly the proactive strengthening and stretching program that I needed to get me back running pain free. So happy with TYBA and would highly recommend!
