I just changed to Gentle Dental and I am so glad I did. Dr Lo is so meticulous and obviously a perfectionist in his work. He is very kind and understanding and only wants what is best for his patients. The other staff are also exceptional particularly Sha who is so so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Best decision I have made this year!!

The real heart of this genuinely caring dental practice is the incredible go-getter practice manager, Shar who is truly exceptional. She is warm, welcoming, beyond capable and genuinely cares about every patient who walks through the door. There is absolutely nothing she wouldn’t do to help someone. She is one of those rare people who naturally goes above and beyond without ever making it seem like effort. Her energy, professionalism and genuine kindness create a welcoming environment for everyone.
As a mobility user with an assistance dog, I notice when people really understand how to support patients with different needs, and Shar does this beautifully. She has even fixed an issue with one of my aids and someone else's wheelchair during an appointment. She always brings healthy homemade treats for my assistance dog — such thoughtful gestures that say so much about the kind of person she is.
Dr Louis Lo is also a very kind and gentle dentist who works calmly, medthodically and carefully, which makes appointments much more comfortable. He is an extremely competent dentist with a great deal of expertise and experience.

Superstar dental work and patient treatment without superstar pricetags! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Staff is very profesional yet extreamly friendly and helpful. Team overall beyond accommodating to patient's needs.
Dr Lo takes pride in providing the best dental treatment. Very Honest and straight forward about treatment necessary or not being urgent. Communicates everything well troughout treatment too so I felt informed and involved during treatment.
Shar got me an appointment much faster than expected too. A very happy patient. 🙏🙂

Dr. Louis is an excellent dentist. He is always so gentle and takes the time to make you feel comfortable during every visit. The whole team at the practice is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes going to the dentist such a positive experience. It’s a great dental studio with a very professional and caring atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I can't speak highly enough of this dental practice. Dr Lo is highly skilled, knowledgeable and calm. Shar is his front desk guru who has so much knowledge and information and takes the time to explain treatment options with customers. She is beyond amazing! I have referred about 8 friends here and all are thrilled!
