Had an amazing HiFu treatment with Erin! The place is easy to find with plenty of parking. Erin is very welcoming and explains everything clearly. She started with a gentle face cleanse, followed by a relaxing facial massage and hot steam, it was so soothing I almost fell asleep. Best of all, my face looked brighter, lifted, and tighter right after the treatment. Definitely a 5-star experience

I had an extremely disappointing experience. I saved up for quite a bit of time and got the Ultraformer MPT done, I had read so much about it and figured that was the best treatment to get done. I knew you’re supposed to feel a mild discomfort, warm sensation, because I had looked up everything about it beforehand. During the procedure I felt absolutely nothing, like nothing was being done to my face and I told the aesthetician this multiple times but she said that it was working. I finished up the treatment and went home feeling so discouraged because I had paid so much money doing something I knew just wasn’t working. I waited for a whole month to go by since this treatment supposedly takes time to show so I could then message them saying it just didn’t work. Their response back was that if I wanted to retry it just to feel the sensation it causes they would charge me, Erin had absolutely no empathy towards the fact that I had paid over $1500 on this treatment for absolutely nothing. Now, over 6 months later I’m coming back to say: it did nothing. My face only got saggier, all my concerns that I had addressed with her didn’t change even the slightest and I am so so disappointed and discouraged for having worked so hard to make that money only to see it go down the drain. After 6 months now, I got it done somewhere else and guess what? Everything we’re supposed to feel happened, the warm/tingling sensation and I left with my face feeling so much tighter, which never happened at Bloom Skin and Laser. I wish more than anything that I could get my money refunded, but I know that’ll never happen so I just wanted to write this review to warn people to never get
this procedure done there.

Hi, I’m coming back here to respond to all of this since I have proof and just to show to everyone that this definitely isn’t the first time this has happened, since she is clearly not talking about me in her reply. I’ve attached the screenshot of my text message to you (very kind message btw) on July 28th voicing my concerns. I have never told you I had a “hole” so you are definitely mistaking me for someone else that you punched a hole in (which is extremely concerning). My treatment was on June 11th and I attached a picture proving that too, your confirmation message to me the day before. I will not engage in your false claims trying to call me a liar because you clearly outed yourself in your own response with fake dates, or dates of someone else’s treatment that didnt work either. Most of these 5 star reviews are because you ask us on the spot to please leave you a 5 star review, which thankfully I didn’t do at the time otherwise it would’ve been a lie.
