I have been to Simetics Capalaba for eight sessions now and have always found them friendly, helpful and very professional. The ambiance of the clinic is very calming and I recommend them to anyone seeking a caring experience at a very reasonable cost.

All phillie can say is I shouldnt have ever seen u how unfair to single me out.Phillie did not use the numbing creme on the left side, I was concerned wen Phillie said I'd have to wait for the filler to dissolve naturally, and that I'd been charged 350 dollars wen Phillie had told me to wait a month. After going back on 3 April I'm unsure the correct amount of hydralaise was used as my nose is swollen more than in the past. Phillie left my nose larger than the very first consult. I'm disappointed and feel I've been overcharged and not dealt with fairly it was a painful session yet Phillie had claimed I don't feel pain I did due to no numbing creme, the filler in my nose has not been dissolved properly and I can already notice. Phillie also new that the other person I spoke about was trying to straighten my nose how does she know this and then Phillie mentioned the dent in my nose and stated I don't feel pain wen I was feeling it due to u not using the numbing creme . If u don't give me the opportunity to have my nose dissolved or refund me I'll have not option but to go legal .it's not the first time Phillie hasn't used the numbing creme.
