I have been a long-time client of Sam and the Skin Matters team. Before finding Sam, I often felt like I was being passed from one clinic to another, and I frequently had uneasy doubts about whose interests were being served - mine or theirs. Sam and the team provide advice and solutions that I never have to question. I genuinely believe they have my best interests at heart. Not once have I been upsold or recommended unsolicited additional procedures, which unfortunately seems to be a common practice these days. I went to Skin Matters shortly after I got hormonal acne from going off birth control, and Sam was so knowledgeable and helpful with getting my skin back on track. I ended up getting pregnant and she was so accommodating with making pregnancy safe skin care swaps. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

I absolutely LOVE Sam from Skin Matters. Sam has been taking care of my mug now for 5-6 years and she is so good at what she does. Like many of Sam's clientele, I had seen dermatologists and many many people to assist with my skin concerns, however I only noticed improvement and success after meeting Sam. Sam is great for those of us who don't exactly fit the typical skin mold.
