My experience at Skin Alert has been extremely positive, I have been having skin checks for five Years on my visit last week a lesion on my neck was spotted by the eagle eyed Dr Des, he reccomended a biopsy and within 2 days the results were in, the Doctor called me advising it was indeed BCC and it required removal, surgery was planned for the next day, cancer removed quickly and most importantly it was a painless procedure. Amazing care from all the staff. Thanks to all the team.

I had a very large lump under my eye and was terrified to have it removed. I had seen previous Doctors who I felt didn’t take my fears seriously. Dr Ksharma and Dr Bill were fantastic in treating me. I felt so at ease and cannot recommend and thank them enough !

I was a little deterred from the comments on here but I know some family members who have been coming here for years so decided to try them out despite the negative reviews. Booked an appointment through their contact page online and was able to make an appointment that suited me* Receptionist was nice and friendly, handed me some paperwork and I was on my way* saw Dr Michael who was also welcoming. Can’t say anything negative, had a full body check and addressed my concerns. Bulk billed for first visit - Happy Days.

I had an appointment with the new female doctor, Dr Kshama, and she was incredible! Very thorough and explained everything in depth. Overall great experience, I will be back. Thank you :)

My husband Colin had Michael long cut out a basal cell carcinoma off his shoulder, he never said he was going to cut into the muscle, it was so painful when he did it, he was in pain for weeks and now has nerve damage and continual neuropathy in the arm and hand.
When telling Michael he wasn't concerned and didn't say anything, will never go back there, have read many negative reviews and this is another one, they don't seem to take any responsibility for their mistakes and the patient has to suffer.....
Beware!!!!
