We came up from Melbourne for a quick winter getaway, and a few days in, I realised
that I needed a bit of pampering and my skin needed more than a bit of refreshing!
Not having lived on the GC for a long time, I wasn’t sure where to go, so did a quick search on Groupon, and found Oo La La…and I could not have been happier with Tracey and Talia’s care, kindness and expertise! The receptionists was absolutely delightful and genuinely warm in her approach, which can be a harder to find on the GC.
I walked in red and dull and walked out clear and fresh 🥰 Tracey is the most skilled and experienced beauty therapist I have ever (ever) encountered, and cannot recommend her or Oo La La Cosmetic and Laser Clinic more highly 🧡

I recently visited Oo La La Cosmetics and Laser Clinic for a CFU skin tightening treatment and was really impressed. The clinic has a calm, professional atmosphere, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The treatment itself was thorough and well explained, and I’ve already noticed my skin feeling firmer and more lifted. Definitely a great experience. I’ll be back for more treatments.

I have been going to Oo La La for about 3 years. Mostly for the 1 hour facial. Its a great team. But i want to single out Pegs for an incredible facial this month (Nov 2025). Pegs is somewhat new to the team and i can say i am so glad she joined Oo La La. Great experience and advice for my daily skin routine (im a male BTW). So my thanks to her and the friendly team. H.
