Nurse Ruby took care of me for my appointment. She listened to what I wanted to do and advice me and explained everything very clearly! I’ve gotten filler twice previously, and was not happy with the results. for being uneven and not how I wanted. Nurse Ruby listened to my concerns and has done an amazing job and exactly how I wanted! I’m so happy with her work. She’s so lovely and friendly! Definitely recommend her!!!

Very disappointed , went there for a simple laser treatment and told me can’t get done because of that machine is not for my skin type, but refuse for a refund. And different staff told me I can get it done after I ask for refund. So unprofessional, won’t trust their therapist to work anything on my skin.

Best clinic! Clear Skin is superior to other clinics I have been too for laser hair removal. The knowledge and care the staff have is unmatchable

Not happy with my experience with this company. They push you to buy treatments in packs, which you can only do monthly due to how invasive they are. I had 7 micro-needling sessions expire & I was never contacted regarding them expiring. I asked if I was able to pay extra to extend and they refused. For a big chain, I think that is repulsive. When you do have a session, you wait forever, despite having a set booking time. The team don't come out to let you know your session will start soon, They are too busy hanging out the back. I have been sitting in the waiting room & had to physically call them on my phone to find out when my session would be starting.
