Easy to use website, easy ordering and same day delivery. I selected the 'florist's choice' bouquet and deciding on the size was also made easy. The website shows a person holding each option with the price. Very helpful! My Aunty loved the flowers she received, so definitely happy to recommend Flowers Gold Coast.

Cannot recommend this florist enough - Vaiana was so great to work with, what she created in response to our requested 'Australian natives and English garden' florals mix for our wedding was absolutely beautiful. She also supplied a gorgeous mix of greenery for our table decorations, all at a very reasonable price and was always prompt with communication. Bonus friendly dog in store!

You do not ‘have me’ talking to your staff happy with the result. I had prepaid for this and upon returning to collect I had very little interaction with your staff. There was no finalising. I returned home and looked over your website and confided in additional people before making the decision to call with my concerns. To this day I haven’t heard from your company.
The types of flowers were lovely but as mentioned did not include my one request and were disappointing for $150.
Rather than dismissing my review, some customer service would be nice.
Very disappointing for $150! Also, the only flower I requested to have at least one of which was confirmed to be in stock was pink peony….
I walked into the shop. This wasn’t an online order. The colour palette is lovely and the staff very polite but wowzers, if that’s $150 worth.

I ordered a hamper from Flowers Gold Coast online and was blown away by their incredible customer service and the care that went into my order. When it was received my sister in law was even more impressed by how magnificent the hamper was. So special, I would absolutely recommend and will shop again. Thank you!

Highly recommend! I'm in the UK and wrote my mum a Mother's Day card in Chinese to send over, thinking it'll just be printed out on a card. But no, everything was handwritten!!! I can't even express how lovely of a gesture that is, writing in another language, especially Chinese characters which are extremely difficult for non-speakers. I really appreciate it, and although it may seem small, this heart-felt gesture touched both Mum and I, and really made our day. On top of that, the flowers were arranged beautifully and Mum got so many compliments. Thank you so much, Flowers Gold Coast, we're definitely coming back and we wish you guys all the popularity and support you deserve!
