Stayed on 14th floor. Room 141 was the room at the end and corner. On first day / night whole apartment had condensation (could see on fridge door and also the sliding doors, wet floors (both carpet and kitchen) may have been due to prior cleaning as balcony door was open - airing the place out. The aircon may have also been an issue and not on right setting. We put it on dry and seemed to dry out the place. So first night in small room with 2 single bed (uncomfortable & slapped together) was a nightmare hot/cold due to aircon and also seemed like a breeze was coming from somewhere and could hear street noise more than you would expect usually. Pretty sure window that had safety key lock on it and window was not sealed properly.
2nd night I opted to sleep on couch as I knew being in that other room was going to be rough.
Better night sleep alround.
I think the third night I came down with a full blown flu. Coughing, sneezing, headaches, body aches, spewing, nose bleeds, phlegm build up and just very tired to the point I could not bring myself to get of the couch which I had made my bed - and do holiday stuff like shopping, beach etc you name it. Also the weather had been so so bad with days of straight rain.
Anyhow as of writing this at 12.39am and awaiting to be out of here by 3am. Will be a huge relief as I have still not fully got over cold.
I would also read all other reviews across google and other booking apps. Some say don’t get rooms under floor 12. Some say about mould. Some say about the aircon.
This place fully deserves not even a 1 star may as well just be the next hot spot for a pandemic start point.
Sort your shitty rooms out this is not good enough especially after covid. Do better. Don’t even respond unless you are going to give all the 7 days money back to my parents. Because that’s how long you pretty much took from me.
You can also make all the excuses you like it won’t change a thing unless you take on this feedback and acknowledge you have issues. This is also not a good look for overseas travelers.

A very good location. The unit itself is very tired and definitely needs some TLC. it had alot of mold on the blind in the lounge area, needs replacing, same with the bathroom, needs a up date. Everyone very friendly, has a lovely out door area, pool spa gym.

Was a very nice place, it had some great qualities and the movies selection was awesome. The kitchen was really well set up but the utensils in there were pretty filthy and in bad condition. Also the door shut did nothing to minimise sound at all. So you could hear everything all the time just as if you were sitting on the balcony. Other than that would recommend

We had one great stay. Being in Broadbeach gave us easy access to all the places we wanted to go to. Had our own car park, the staff went out of their way to assist us. Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed a 12 day stay in 2 bed ocean view apartment. Great size. Good balcony. Fridge needs replacing. Could do with a few more extras like platters . Cleaning on day 5 bathrooms not done. Just those couple of small things but overall good apartment. Fantastic location. Parking very good and convenient. Although not modern and getting older I would recommend on price point and would stay again largely due to superb location.
