Excellent location! Have stayed multiple times and always very happy. Right across the road from the beach which is quieter then surfers. The cafe downstairs is independent to Pacific Views but you can place an order from your room. Yummy breakfast! Also great restaurants and cafes a couple of minutes walk to Tedder Ave. We stay in the same apartment each time on level 15 and always good amenities and comfy bed. All the staff from Managers, Reception and Housekeeping are lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Absolutely lovely location and views! The ocean is right on the doorstep and you can hear the waves lull you to sleep! Adored this spot for my first holiday in many years.
The room was quite clean and felt inviting when we arrived! We stayed for 8 days, and were notified in the middle of our stay that we would have a mid-stay clean of the rooms, however we never received this which was a bit disappointing, but it didn’t put a damper on the stay!
Some of the furniture and appliances are a bit outdated and run down, but we honestly didn’t mind as we spent far more time out and about than we did in the apartment!
The doorknobs on every door are loose and it feels like they will fall off every time I use them.
One of the closets, I think it had the water heater in it, was so noisy for almost the entire stay that made it difficult to sleep or relax at times as a constant high pitched squeaking could be heard all throughout the apartment.
The underground parking is extremely cramped. We had a FWD and could not manage to squeeze into the spaces. On weekends, the upstairs parking gets filled with small sedans that could easily fit in the underground parking, which left us struggling to park.

4.5 stars. The location was excellent, gorgeous views of the beach and fell asleep every night listening to the pounding ocean waves. Great cafes and restaurants nearby, and public transport was brilliant. Buses into surfers every 10 minutes. We had only a few asks of reception, who were helpful and friendly, even offering us a late checkout and storing our luggage on final day as had a late flight to catch. The apartment itself was lovely, the only reason this wasn't rated a 5 was due to kitchen utensils/pots/pans etc, knives were blunt, handles nearly coming off pots, no chopping board. Easy fix. We would definitely stay again.

Wish we had paid more attention to negative reviews, particularly regarding the management of this place. Unlike our first choice accommodation for an eight night stay, these charlatans did not see fit to warn us that construction noise might be an issue for us. The earth-shattering din from a jackhammer tearing up the forecourt directly below our room was the soundtrack almost every day we were there. To add insult to injury we were unable to find our second electronic key fob on checking out, mostly due to the ear-splitting racket six feet above our heads as we ransacked the rental car, and were told that it would cost $50.00 to replace. We emailed the next morning to advise we had found the fob and would return it when passing by three days later. This just inspired these paragons of hospitality to double the charge to $100.00 and refuse any plea to reconsider due to the fact that they hadn't actually incurred any loss. Buyer beware!

Unfortunately, our experience at Pacific Views Resort fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a disagreeable odor emanating from the carpets and sofa. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with noticeable dust accumulation on various surfaces, necessitating a thorough wipe down before feeling comfortable. The outdated furniture and overall worn-down appearance of the property detracted from its potential. While the views were pleasant, the price point did not align with the subpar conditions. A significant renovation and improved upkeep are warranted to justify the cost
