i see the potential of this place, and its peak WAS there, but those pictures out there in google are misleading. those were taken in its golden days. everything is dirty. everything needs wiping. every door i touch it feels like i've been infected. never been so cautious with anything, even had to use tissues to protect my hands from whatever bacteria lies there. the couches smell like vomit, the utensils in the drawers have STAINS and i have to clean all of them. they're not all even the same, as if the past guests just left it all there. i put bottles down in the drawer of the fridge and that bottle came out all greasy, hellish to clean off. you're definitely catching the new virus here. its completely empty, a ghost town. the pool has leaves in it, and the atmosphere around is depressing, and it reeks especially in this time of the year. near is a sketchy subway and 7 eleven. this hotel definitely is in the worst spot in all of surfer's paradise. nothing fun anywhere, which is out of their control. still, get one near the actual iconic surfer's paradise streets. it feels like a low-quality motel found in the middle of nowhere.. there's even apparently going to be a power outage for maintenance tomorrow? that sure as hell better be a good clean-up. we need this place's spark back. never trust google everyone, may aswell come over book upfront to check-up the place before the regrets sink in.

Absolutely exceptional stay! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and offered breathtaking ocean views that made every morning and evening unforgettable. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was truly magical.
The facilities were world-class — from the infinity pool overlooking the ocean to the elegant restaurants serving delicious meals. Every detail was thought of, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort and relaxation throughout our stay.
If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and an unforgettable experience by the sea, this hotel is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!

Staff was incredible and very friendly. We sure loved our first and only encounter with staff there. Unfortunately not much more of a staff presence around the property if that’s what you’re looking for. Our rental had a magnificent view and was well laid out. However, the smell in the unit was atrocious and I had to leave until my wife could ventilate it properly. Once ventilated it was fine for the short duration however we noticed that it didn’t look like the property had been deep cleaned in a while. The furnace filter was caked and stunk. The pillows were stained. The carpet was filthy and the laundry room was slightly unpleasant.
If you can get a room on sale it’s worth it. The view is truly impeccable and the staff are so friendly. However I may think twice now that I’ve had time to think on it about staying here again. Unfortunately that initial smell ruined a good chunk of our stay.
I imagine that the reply will likely say the review will be taken seriously and they’d like to know all about it but nothing will happen according to previous reviews. I sent an email expressing the concerns trying to be helpful but never did hear back. I have faith though that they may make changes in the future. Hopefully. Just be cautious.

Booked through luxury escapes for an apartment with an Ocean view and I specifically asked for a kitchen as we like to cook for ourselves when we travel to keep the costs down. We got the ocean view except that the couch faced the opposite way. So if you wanted to relax and enjoy the view you could from the kitchen chair and only one of the kitchen chairs. The kitchen was so poorly stocked it was a joke ! I tried to boil some eggs in the saucepan with the broken handle and burnt my hand. One roll of toilet paper was supplied and if you want more then you have to pay $1 per roll. And to top it off we couldn't use the pool because it was closed! Because there was a crane next to it which didn't move the whole time we were there. Coming from Melbourne it would have been nice to sit by the pool and warm our bones. Instead we watched all the hotel guests around us enjoying their pools. The pillows were poor excuse for pillows. The bed I have to say was comfy. The only reason I gave this review 2 stars was the proximity to the beach. Payed way too much for what we got. The hotel foyer and our apartment looked very tired with dirty walls. Old crockery and cutlery and cooking utensils ( the few they had) . Never again 😒 also im not sure how long our $200 security bond is going to take to be paid back into our account ? There are so many hotels in the area. Don't choose this one.

We booked an Deluxe Ocean View for 7 days.
Firstly, there was no one at reception 1430hr on a Saturday and no instructions on how to get the keys.
Secondly, The air-conditioning did not work in the Living area despite the temperature being in the mid 30's. The help line although polite could not help but assures me someone would call us the next day. No one did.
Thirdly, The ocean view was of a great big building in front, left and right towering over our very small balcony. You could glimpse the sea around the front building but it certainly was not an ocean view.
We did receive a rather passive aggressive email telling us we had to provide photo ID and a credit card by 1400hr the next day (despite already paying $1446) or our key card would be deactivated. Unfortunately the reception was only open from 1200hr to 1400hr and we had come down for a family function and could not make that tight time schedule.
Because of the risk of being locked out and the horrible accommodation, we checked out the next day and moved 50m to another hotel. We lost $1446 but happy not to have to stay another minute in this place.
My advice is check the room before handing ant money over.
