Great place for kids!! Staff are great, friendly and FUN! The facilities are tired looking the resort and rooms need a BIG renovation (some parts are currently under construction BUT THE WHOLE PLACE needs a big face lift ) the activities are awesome and there is always something to do. Food at the resort is simple, the cocktail are yummy. I felt it could of been a bit more cleaner around the whole resort (especially around the stage area , food/ tables area, didn't see many "cleaners around " .

We stayed at paradise resort with our 7 year old son for 4 nights and 5 days and would 10000000% recommend this resort to anyone with kids. The staff are all soo friendly and helpful, there are a heap of activities to keep the kiddies entertained both free and paid for activities and the paid for activities are very reasonably priced. Food is also great and reasonably priced. The pool and splash parks are awsome. If i had to choose one negative thing, it would be the wifi is pretty crappy buuuttttt over all we had such a great time and would definitely come back!!! Thank you paradise resort for an amazing holiday

Our family of 4 are coming to the end of our 8 day stay here at Pacific Resort. If you have a young family and want the convenience of having everything you need at your fingertips, this is your place. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, it is completely kid orientated and focused and gives parents the ability to sit and relax. I do have to be honest and say that the marketing for the property has been done very well and sells the premises well but the buildings are a bit dated and need a bit of love in places. HOWEVER this is in no way hindered ours or our children’s experience and we definitely did not expect 5 star hotel conditions. We would definitely book again and highly recommend this to anyone with kids between 5-12 (for the relaxing factor as toddlers aren’t relaxing anywhere you go haha) Thank you to the wonderful staff for a lovely experience!

Paradise Resort Gold Coast - Perfect for a Family Stay!
We had a wonderful time here! When choosing between hotels, many were more adult-oriented, but we decided to go for one designed for kids - and I'm so glad we did. The babysitting center was amazing, allowing us to take some valuable time to ourselves and recuperate.
We opted for all the extras, including the safari train ride which the kids absolutely loved. The safari train operator was hilarious, keeping the children laughing throughout the journey. The ice skating circus was interesting - while not exactly my cup of tea, the kids were completely enthralled. But that's perfectly fine - it's not all about me, and that's exactly why we chose this hotel. There are plenty of adults-only resorts, but we wanted a true family holiday.
The food was good, and we didn't have any negative experiences during our stay. My kids gave it an enthusiastic five stars, and my wife agreed, also rating it five stars. If you're looking for a family-friendly resort on the Gold Coast, this is definitely the place to be!

All of the staff were great! My kids loved the kids club and laser tag! The food and drink options were all really good and the overall cleanliness was of a very high standard.
The pool area was our favourite thing and we spent most of our time there, us adults loved the trivia! Overall it was a great vibe and we will definitely go again!
