Great location - 5 minute walk from the Surfers Paradise tram Station. The rooms were old and outdated with lots of things not working (lights, shower, power points). Great tennis and basketball court in the front accessible for all guests.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms are incredibly filthy. Mould on aircon units and behind furniture, dust everywhere, dirty cups in the rooms. The pool area was the only good thing to be honest. It’s cheap, I guess that might be other people’s focus, probably ‘fine’ for one night if you absolutely had too.

10 day stay, April 2024.
Great resort, clean, tidy, comfortable bed.
Bathroom very clean & tidy.
Plenty of room even with a roll away bed for 5 nights of our stay.
Staff very friendly & accommodating with extra towels etc.
Easy walk to heart of Surfers.
Highly recommend.

If you are literally looking for a place to come and sleep then it’s fine. The room we had was totally out dated, sofa we didn’t even sit on, the carpet had stains and to be honest it really does need a total revamp. But the location was great for what we needed at the time. If the room was revamped it would be perfect as the room overlooked the river. It did have a pool and a gym too which again was ok.

We've stayed here a few times in different rooms and never had an issue. Close proximity to the city and really nice surrounds!!! Some apartments are better than others, however, the area is great!
