Great place to stay. Putt Putt for the kids. Pool is heated and the spa is to die for. Great views of the water from floor 11 - 3 bedroom unit. The unit was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Lots of places to eat out at all within walking distance to the unit. Not good for parking if you have 2 or more cars. Limited timed street parking. One parking space is provided on the premises so good for one car stayers. We have stayed here a couple of times and will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Resort . Staff were friendly and very helpful. the unit was far enough away from the busy and noisy surfers paradise but only a 10 min drive . Super easy to get to the theme parks and Broadwater parklands area . Australia Fair is only down the road and has everything you need . the room was amazing three balconies not huge but enough for a beautiful view . kids room was spacious and had ample space for their clothes The main bedroom had its own ensuite. we had an amazing time and if the opportunity arises will be back . A few things to note it was crazy weather very windy and the balcony doors rattled all night every night this only bothered me for the first night and after that I didn't really notice it . the main bathroom had a big beautiful shower but inside the shower there was very little storage so the only place to put shampoo conditioner and body wash was on the floor and I purchased an inexpensive suction cup hook for my loofah so I didn't sit on the floor less then $2 at Australia fair . the spa was an inside spa and the smell of the chemicals used was very very strong so could be an issue for some people . the last thing that needs to be mentioned is a + and a - if you have a disability parking permit they will allocate you a car space otherwise its take what you can get and the car spaces are very tight some so much so that the kids and hubby had to get out before I parked they were not impossible but if you have a larger car then you want the most confident driver doing the parking . They also had some amazing outdoor areas the kids loved the pool and I lived the fact that there was so much shade from the other buildings. they had a tennis court kids outdoor games area a playground area with a BBQ an indoor BBQ area a mini putt area a third BBQ area surrounded by ferns and palms almost completely out of any extra wind , my favourite was the edible garden so many different types of fruit and vegetables and herbs even had a little fairy garden .

We had a marvellous seven night stay. Had one of the two Penthouses. (44) Yes it is older, but extremely roomy. Best kitted out full kitchen it has ever been my pleasure to use. Three bathrooms, two of these ensuites. Washer & dryer. It would have been nice to have some privacy around the surrounding windows of the spa, but no biggie. Two smart TV'S. Wonderful views from 4 balconies, not including enclosed balcony where spa is located. Parking for 1 car. Choice of amenities including game rooms, spa, heated pool, gym, sauna, tennis court, playground for children, BBQ areas with indoor and outdoor seating, putt putt golf. Staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. We would happily come back. Did I mention the beds are very comfortable and good pillow choices in each room. Walking distance to cafes and convenience store. 100% thrilled with our stay.

All i can say is wow! We are a family of 6, four children under 7, we absolutely loved it here! Clean, Cosy? beautiful views, and the apartment feels like home but better. The staff are gorgeous, we will defiantly be back 150% 😁😁😁😁😁😁

Very family friendly, amazing staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else when it comes to service. The upgrades over recent years has seen the beautiful old Sandy Point change into an even more beautiful resort. Great indoor and outdoor activities for the whole family, bike rentals and so much more.
