We booked this 2 bedroom apartment for the start of our Queensland trip as it is close to the theme parks. The staff member Gabriel that contacted me to coordinate the booking was very helpful and friendly, the key pick up and check in was easy. It was unfortunately cold and raining when we stayed so we did not have a chance to make use of the pool, although it looked very clean and nice. The room we had was very clean, I have to admit some reviews I read online made me hesitant but I was pleasently surprised by our room it was spotless and smelt fantastic. Furniture was modern and the apartment had everything we needed for the duration of the stay. For the price point it is a very good apartment to book for a family. The mattress and pillows are quite hard though I do reccomend perhaps changing this :-) but it was not a big issue to worry about. I would stay here again but I would probably would request the same room number we had as it seems to differ reviews from apartment to apartment. So I do believe the one we got was very well maintained and cleaned well by the owner. Overall happy with the stay!
What a fantastic place to stay. Customer service and presentation of the room were fantastic. We will definitely stay here again. Definitely recommend staying here.

The first negative point was having to argue to let my registered assistant dog stay.
We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath room. It was room 4212.
The room was dirty. The microwave have marks on the inside and the top was covered in dust and grease. The main bedroom had a massive stain on the floor, there was a stain in the main walk way, black marks on the lounge room walls and missing knobs on the main switches. None of the lamps worked and main bedroom had 2 single beds pushed together to make it a double. Funny thing mattresses were different heights. Mold on ensuit ceiling. Cutlery had rust marks on it so made it impossible to use.
Main bedroom and lounge had air-conditioning but second room had a portable aircon which couldn't cool room.
When we checked in room was closed up with blinds open no aircon on so it was like 35deg inside. Took about 20min to cool down enough to be comfortable.
At over $230 a night i did expect a lot more.
Would not recommend and will never stay again.

Large rooms, quiet, nice, and clean. We enjoyed our short weekend stay.

Wow 🤩 what an amazing 2 days we had here at Azzura Greens for our daughters formal. From the minute we arrived the staff were so helpful. The room was beautiful and perfect get ready space. The rooms are large with heaps of space and pretty areas for photos. The grounds were perfect for photos. And the pool area was nice 😊 thank you so much for making our daughters weekend perfect. The only thing to be aware of is parking can be limited. But we made this work and the staff were always available to help
