The facilities were all great. I enjoyed the outdoor pool and sauna.
Nice spacious rooms with a great kitchen and balcony.
The traffic spounds were minimal compared to another place we stayed nearby.
I'd happily stay here again.

The property is very well maintained with designated parking for our unit. The unit was very large compared with other apartments we have previously stayed at in Broadbeach. The apartment we stayed in had extensive range of crockery and cutlery. The decor was a bit strange but didn’t interfere with our stay.

We stayed for 14 nights at Carmel by the sea, the location is very handy to oasis mall and multiple restaurants including the surf club, 1 min walk to the beach.
Rooms were tidy and we well maintained.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We would definitely recommend it.

Great location near the beach / playgrounds (x 2) and not too from the Broadbeach shops (Oasis) and restaurants. The Oasis mall offers 3 hours free parking so driving is also OK. The 3 bedroom is not bad. The only negative is the intermittent Wifi connection. This needs sorting out.
