enjoyed a 5-night stay in a superior one bedroom apartment (#305) - bed was very soft but comfortable, Rex at reception was very pleasant to deal with, had a very minor issue with WiFi but was quickly resolved.
very close to the Broadbeach South light rail station, Pacific Fair and Convention Centre - made use of the kitchenette cooking my own breakfast and meals in preparation for the Gold Coast Marathon.
felt safe and secure during my stay as a fob key was required to access the lift foyer and again to use the elevator.
there was some traffic noise but closing doors to the bathroom and hallway helped to get a great nights sleep, also having a clothes airer helped to get laundry dry so less work to do when I arrived home!
TV had plenty of options to choose from with Foxtel included - a great way to recover after plenty of km into my legs after running.
would be happy to stay here again as it’s in a perfect location, best to book directly with the hotel as they had the best rate when compared with third party hotel websites.

Very welcoming receptionist that made our stay feel comfortable. Really kind service and assisted all our needs. Originally booked for one bedroom apartment but they upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment free of charge which was amazing. The rooms appeared newly renovated and were very clean. Would highly recommend!

Would not recommend staying at this accommodation. Waited over an hour on a weekday to drop off bags/check in as Reception desk was unattended and locked despite open hours stating it should be open (we also called prior to our stay to negotiate dropping bags off early). After hours phone was left in reception so our calls didn't go through to staff (not a great impression if there was an emergency etc.). Room was not at all like the photos, unclean, dated and not presentable (hair in bathroom, damaged curtains/furniture, food spills in fridge). Service was appalling when mentioning our room wasn't clean/tidy. The man in reception was extremely rude (shouted at us) at our request to get it re-cleaned. We decided to leave the accommodation as we felt unsafe at his intimdating behaviour, especially as two young female travellers, in which he preceded to block us in the elevator on our way out to 'show us another room', despite the 'new' room having cockroaches in the bathroom. Accommodation very questionable, and the service was shameful and appalling, go somewhere else for your stay on the Gold Coast.

The apartment was nice but a bit old. The aircon was a bit too noisy. I could not shower with hot water and even when I called to fix it they never came. I could not be bothered to call again to be honest. Foxtel was off for several days during my stay, so I could not watch much TV.
The staff is very nice, parking is safe and there is always availability, great location.
