Spacious, Clean and comfy. Great facilities and stay. Booked for next year on the plane ride home! Nice and quiet location, well stocked kitchen (plates, cutlery etc), coffee, tea and milk facilities. Love the balcony views - even from the 6th floor still great. Overall a great time away.

"I am sorry we don't have the room you have reserved and paid for 12 months ago to celebrate New Years Eve on the Gold Coast"
These are the words that my group was provided when we attempted to check into the Burleigh Esplanade Apartments on New Years for a 2 night stay in a 3 bedroom ocean view apartment, which was reserved and paid for 12 months in advance.
Did I mention we travelled from Brisbane, Central Queensland and the Coast!
It is truly disheartening to experience an appalling and disgusting display of customer service. When we choose to spend our hard-earned money on a product or service, we expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, this location does not share these values.
Blame was shifted to the booking agency which was not at fault and it has been determined the managers did not follow protocol and to rub salt into the wounds they declined to refund the money we had paid previously and were instructed to recoup money from the booking agency who had confirmed the managers were in receipt of the funds.
I would avoid this location like the plague! An appalling display of customer service and what not to do to customers who are travelling at one of the busiest times of the year. We were unable to locate accommodation on the Gold Coast and had to return to Brisbane.

They’ve got good flats here with beautiful views! They got a flat that is accessible for wheelchairs and the service is really good!

Can highly recommend staying at the Burleigh Esplanade Apartments, we had an apartment on the 13th Floor which had fantastic views, the apartment was very well equipped and was exceptionally clean. Walking distance to North Burleigh SLC and Burleigh shopping precinct.
The staff were very friendly, we arrived after hours and had no issues with key collection, the instructions were clear of how to collect keys, secure parking was also an added bonus.
Cant recommend enough, we will definitely be a return guest.

I hate leaving bad reviews, however I will make an exception here! Our view was supposedly an ocean view and all we saw was pine trees we were supposed to receive wine and chocolates and only got them when we left which was a bar of chocolate and cheap wine the bed was terrible as well no milk for morning coffee- look could go on more but won’t - our room was spacious though
