Second time we have stayed, everything good EXCEPT this time we booked ($1200.00) for three nights only to be told we will be in the noisy section due to work going on, ok I call up and say I’m happy to upgrade for peace and quiet only to be told it’s ok no loud noise is scheduled, guess what all morning we are hearing a hammer drill on concrete, can’t hear my wife next to me. Management offered to move us for a few hours to another unit but what’s the point, we would have to go between two buildings if we forgot something.

We cannot recommend Gemini Courts more highly. John and Theresa are awesome and the whole facility rocks. Essentially the apartments are individually owned and rented out, so the standard may vary from apartment to apartment. That said, our apartment was first class and we expect the standard is pretty high across the board. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Overall a great place to stay. A little on the older side, carpet and balcony railing needed a clean, kitchen needed a touch of paint, but with a fantastic view (from level 14, unit 52) looking over Burleigh Beach, these can be forgiven.
It was wonderful watching storms rolling toward us over Surfers Paradise. We also enjoyed a wine and dinner on the balcony, great entertainment!
Would recommend this spot as it’s easy to walk to all nearby attractions.

What a great place! We stayed here after checking out of a really bad place. We enjoyed 3 days here and was so surprised at every thing. Bathrooms are very clean, fans and air cons in every room. Ample space for a family and every appliance you can think of!

What a fabulous location for our short break! Clean, comfortable, spacious apartment with friendly staff and a great pool. Convenient to walk to all the local attractions of lovely Burleigh Heads - even in winter, the weather was divine and the beach offered a refreshing swim. The views were mesmerising from our balcony and extremely difficult to leave!
