Booked a superior apartment as I wanted a little luxury for the weekend. Yes, the apartment was renovated but very cheaply. The stove top was only 2 plates and 1 did not work, the shower leaked all over the floor, the cutlery and plates were still in the dishwasher not washed, the beds unfortunately wheeled all over the floor whenever you moved in them. I spoke to the receptionist who was quick to tell me that the stove was under warranty and I couldn't expect the owner to pay to fix it. I pointed out it would have been nice to know as we were intending on cooking (that's why we booked a self contained apartment). The maintenance man was very helpful in fixing the shower but I am very disappointed in the abrupt manner in which I was spoken to when I pointed out the defects. The apartment has the basic necessities but very sparse.
The positives. The location is fantastic with great views. The apartment is large and could be very nice if only things worked.

Cockroaches in bedroom, bathroom and balcony (on the 8th floor) Broken toilet seat, lipstick on glasses, one balcony door didn’t lock or have a handle even though we were told to lock them while unoccupied. One towel each for showers and pool, stains on carpets, very very dated.
Asthma attack from dust on window panels,
one roll of toilet paper for four people for three nights, one pack of dishwashing detergent even though we are meant to leave with the dishwasher on. No aircon in the rooms luckily we were able to turn on our broken fan
Absolutely stunning view, nice big apartment, would have loved to return, such a shame it’s ruined by not being cleaned. Good communication, location and parking but unfortunately that’s it.

Just spent 3 lovely nights here in unit 24F. The unit was spacious, clean and amazing views of the coastline. It is all about the view and so close to everything. Coles, Aldi and Dan Murphy’s are a short stroll away. Also there is a club and tavern which are a short stroll away and the food at both were good. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. A special shout out to Leonie who gave us the warmest reception ever. We will be back.

Fantastic place to stay for various reasons.
Staff are extremely friendly when first checking in at the front desk.
Unfortunately for us we had a minor issue in our room we checked into (not our or companies fault).
The manager pulled some strings and made things work for us luckily and checked us into another room promptly without any further issues.
Customer service 10/10 and the rooms are fantastic in a great location.
Highly recommend booking this place if staying on the Gold Coast.
We will definitely re book here when we come back to Queensland.

Can’t beat location and every room has ocean views. Rooms are spacious and balconies are large! Great facilities.
