I love this hotel. It’s in a great spot, next to the beach and close to the shopping/restaurant strip in Burleigh Heads. I’ve taken my kids up here twice now and they’ve loved having their own room and bathroom. They also enjoy the multiple pools (one indoor and heated) when the weather isn’t any good for the beach.
It’s close to get on the highway if you’re transversing the Goldie and there’s a Woolies within a ten minute walk.
Kitchen facilities in room with good spaces to watch movies at night with the kids.
Staff are helpful and polite. You can check in and out outside of hours.
Sure there’s construction nearby, but I honestly didn’t hear it much (it’s nearly down) and they sent an email when booking being upfront about the construction.

Thank you for the excellent service we received from the staff during our stay, our room had excellent views, the common areas were spotless, the neighbouring construction works were well explained prior to our booking. A few minor things in the room could be improved but considering the location, price and other positives mentioned above we really did enjoy our stay at Pacific Regis.

Nicely appointed appartments with everything you need in a great location, including fully appointed kitchen, and washing machine and dryer - do yourself a favour and upgrade to a premium appliance for ocean views - the cost is not much more but the views are worth it!

We absolutely loved our stay. Our room was lovely, very clean and well equipped. The views were spectacular and the location very convenient. The facilities were clean, well maintained and in excellent working order. Great service. We can't wait to come back and holiday again.

We cancelled a reservation at a different property due to reviews about construction in progress and unfortunately, there were no recent reviews on Agoda or Google indicating construction was still happening next to this property at the time we booked.
Unlike the response to the other recent review, the construction is also not mentioned on the Agoda listing and the email from the property was received after our non-refundable period expired (which mentions construction in the last line).
The room we stayed in had several large stains on the carpet and was a bit tired, other than that was in good condition with renovated bathrooms. Some new furnishings (instead of empty cabinet and bookshelf) and carpet would go a long way.
Beds in our room were a bit firm, although it was good to have two different firmness of pillows.
