We stayed at the Dorsett Hotel and had a fabulous time. The hotel is in a terrific location, the staff were very helpful. Our room had a stunning view all the way up the coast. The stand out is the pool, even though it was very busy it still was relaxing and not over crowded which is nice when need some. R & R. Thanks for our stay we will be back. Kristen McGrath, Sydney

Adrian at reception was exceptional as was Kathleen in housekeeping. The amenities and facilities are truly five star. This is a great getaway location for travellers and also for those locals who want to staycation.
I have a severe disability and Adrian went out of his way to look after me and give me a room that would suit my needs. I need a hot and cold water therapy regularly and Kathleen was so warm and friendly and so helpful to give me extra towels and Care for me, she then followed me to the lift To kindly encourage me to close my door family as it wasn’t closed properly. What a sweet and beautiful soul truly these two put the capital H in hospitality.
I was also fortunate enough to bump into the 2 managers Ashley and Don who are doing an absolutely outstanding job and I will warm and accommodating and grateful for any feedback I had.

We stayed here for one night before heading home from our honeymoon. It was super average and we won’t be back. The staff were lovely but the hotel isn’t great. We ended up with an accessible room and the bathroom was terrible, the water from the shower went everywhere making it slippery and dangerous. The shower curtain was too small. One of the bedside lights didn’t work. The noise in the room was terrible, we were woken up all night from people yelling in the corridor and banging. The people in the room next door sounded like they were in our room. The aircon control didn’t work, i woke up shivering and the bedding was so thin I had to get fully clothed in sweats and a jumper to warm up. Access to the hotel is a nightmare and the parking instructions sucked! The only good thing was big slider door that opened onto the deck for sunshine!

Had an amazing experience at The Dorsett Hotel in Gold Coast. Thank you to Don the Concierge who we were lucky enough to have the pleasure of meeting both Friday and Saturday night. He was so helpful (I got lost on the way to and from the lift and also forgot where I parked the car ) patient and friendly - thank you Don for an exceptional customer service experience!
Cannot wait to stay at the Dorsett again!

We stayed one night in a "Deluxe King" for my husband's birthday. As
soon as we walked in the room the TV didn't work so we had a technician coming up to fix the issues.
We tried to use the iron and it was leaking ,it drenched our clothes and the floor.
We tried to order new towels after 9PM there was no answer.
The towels got eventually delivered the next day about 10Am ,they were left on the floor outside the door ,we didn't even knew about it. We paid extra for breakfast at the Exclusive breakfast 19th floor ,as soon as we got there the door wasn't opening we had to go back to our room call the reception and go back again with a staff member, we walked inside and it was a big disappointment we looked at the over cooked blue eggs and left without having breakfast.
By the way we live on the Gold Coast we go to Broadbeach often, this is not a great location for anything except for the Casino.
Once you check-in at the lobby it is nearly impossible to find the correct car park for the Hotel. We found it on the first go by luck.
Definitely not worth the money ,even if we had late check-out paid for ,we couldn't wait to leave. We looked at the pool from the 14th floor ,people were swimming and it was full of leaves.
Very disappointed for an overpriced cheap Hotel, we won't stay again and won't suggest to anyone.
