GOOD: Unit2: Secure car park; plenty of hot water and good shower; very comfortable beds; compact but well-equipped kitchen; very nice, comfortable sofa and big TV; dining table; very close to the beach and not far -- walking distance -- from shops; excellent wifi; friendly manager/ staff.
NOT SO GOOD:· Unit 2 is on ground floor near bbq and pool and next to car park in apartment block next door, so not very private. Had no problems, but kept blinds drawn all day. Even when open, not much daylight comes in. Balcony was out of action and we couldn't access it. Bathroom and toilet windows had rusted struts and one couldn't be closed. Pool quite small.
Basically an acceptable and functional apartment at a reasonable price, but Unit 2 doesn't feel like a holiday apartment. But if you're outside all day, it's perfectly fine.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Location is excellent, 1/2 block from the beach, close to major shopping centres, on the main strip, close to airport. Facilities are good, you have everything you need for a holiday. Assigned locked parking is great as it is hard to find street parking in this area.
Thanks to the wonderful staff for their assistance. Will definitely stay here again!!

Location is good which is why I gave it 2 stars, otherwise it’s a slum. Dated apartment with chips in the cupboards and cracks in the tiles. Cockroaches running up the walls. No accessibility - we have a pram and getting it to the footpath was nearly impossible with the stairs. If you can help it, don’t stay here.

Walking distance to the beach and near to the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and tram.
The room was nice and clean. We had a great time renting the property.
The property managers were very helpful to our needs.
