Our absolute favourite hotel! Our second stay at this hotel and it was just as magnificent as our first stay. From the moment we walked in we were so warmly welcomed. Having included access to the car park was amazing. All facilities were available and maintained amazingly. Was nice to be able to have chats with the amazing cleaners who are so lovely. The reception staff are all so lovely, also, and so accommodating to help our stay be even better.
We'd live here if we could! Highlight of our trip is staying here, just wish it could be longer. Thank you to the amazing staff! We consider ourselves very lucky

Great location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Very quiet.
Lovely apartment with everything that you need.
Beautiful view of the ocean from the balconies.
Great place to chill for a few days or a couple of weeks. Look forward to returning soon.

Loved every minute of it. From contacts with staff before arriving to after hours check in. Everything was very simple and easy to follow. The facilities are A+. Wonderful. Keeping in mind Bel Air is 20 years old we were very happy with the whole experience. Location was so good. No car needed as tram just over the road. We are from New Zealand and if we are ever back on the gold coast we wouldnt stay any where else. Loved it.

We had a two bedroom apartment at Bel Air; it was extremely spacious, two balconies and a big living area, full laundry; full kitchen and two bathrooms. It’s 2 blocks from the patrolled beach or an 8min walk. 10 min walk to 2 dozen restaurants and a mall and supermarket. Tina at the front desk was happy and excellent. I recommend this place, and would have liked to extend our stay.

The day before our arrival, there was an issue with our booking, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to resolve it. Their effort and assistance exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed at the Bel Air on Broad Beach many times, and with service like this, we’ll continue to choose this as our preferred destination whenever it's available.
