We stayed in an ocean view unit in the east tower which was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The resort is large, bright and has excellent facilities. Our only disappointment was the outside noise from construction opposite and traffic. The rooms double? glazing was not very soundproof. We appreciate the resort isn’t responsible for outside noise. Apart from that our stay was excellent. The staff were very obliging and friendly.

We love returning to the Bel Air. The rooms are large and the beds comfy. The pool area is amazing. We choose to stay here because they have an outside pool a spa and an inside pool which is great for the kids. Its across the road from Pacific Fair and 5 minutes to the beach.
We had a small problem this time and the did not hesitate to change our room which we really appreciated.
Most of the residents are lovely and friendly and all the staff are great.
Would highly recommend this place

Had 4 nights here. LOVELY 1 bedroom apartment. Lots of space. TV in lounge and bedroom 👍 very clean. Comfortable king-size bed. Parking underneath, comes with room. Great location, right opposite Pacific Fair, Tram stop, Casino. Very good communication from the moment I booked 👍 very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Bel Air over the school holidays. Having never been to the Gold Coast before, we were pleasantly surprised with the level of excitement service and facilities at the Bel Air. The room was spacious and clean with a fantastic view. The bed was so comfortable. It was a welcome place to come to after a day out. The deal breaker though was the beautiful outdoor facilities including the spa, indoor and outdoor pools. We enjoyed these immensely. The Bel Air is within walking distance to shops, cafes, the beach and bitumen walking tracks for those who enjoy exercising (we certainly did). Thank you for your impeccable service and hospitality. We will most definitely be back soon.

Great location, complex has character and flair. Stayed in one bedroom apartment with my sister. King size bed perfect for each of us to sleep comfortably. Helpful friendly staff. Pools and spa not too busy in July. Great little coffee shop too. Easy walk to beach and Pacific Fair.
