Amazing little gem, right on the Gold Coast highway. Don't let the outside fool you, beyond the gate a freshly renovated modern beach side accommodation. Rooms surround a fresh inviting pool area. The beach a few blocks down the street completes the stay. The staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. Absolutely stay again given the need. As is signed in the rooms, cleaning isn't done for short stays, however they were happy to accommodate fresh towels, given the pool, no beach towels were provided then suddenly appeared in the room. Didn't ask but I am sure they wild have given the room a clean (optimal given the proximity to the beach)

Beautifully clean room. Very friendly staff who were helpful and got us bikes and beach towels. Busy temporarily road works outside but didn't spoil our stay. Close to beach and all amenities. The only thing missing was a dishwasher or sink in the room as we had to wash up in the bathroom sink which is not ideal . Excellent big bathroom. Would definitely recommend this hotel being so affordable, clean and lovely helpful staff

Our Room looks to be recently renovated & was very clean. Staff was friendly. Close to Mermaid Beach. Nice pool. some noise because of the road works at night (though we slept through it)

I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and well-managed the place is. It is relatively affordable, especially when you book directly via their website, so my expectations were not very high. But the room was thoroughly cleaned and the facilities were well-maintained. The young lady at the reception desk was very welcoming and accommodating.
Although it may not be considered a prime location, it was reasonably close to major beaches and walking distance to a large grocery and liquor mart.

Lovely modern cabin, very comfortable, and was quieter than we expected considering its proximity to the road. Nice owners. One negative is that we were woken at approx 8.30 every morning by what sounded like a trolley being dragged around, not what you want when you’re on holiday!
