After having booked a room at the start of the week, I was hugely let down and disappointed to find out that the hotel were cancelling my booking - with just a single day's notice prior to arrival. Over a long weekend. With 2 small children in tow. Completely hung me out to dry, offered no solutions, alternatives, or reparations, just a 'good luck, see ya'. Now I'm stuck without accommodation (which I had a confirmation for) and have nowhere for me and my 4 and 2 year old to stay. Well done, Ambience, happy to take the money but not to show any customer service whatsoever. Absolutely apoplectic at the treatment, hope you consider giving your hard-earned money to a business who'll treat you with a bit more respect than this. Would honestly give zero stars for the way they've treated us and handled the situation.

One of the best experiences I have ever had at an apartment complex. Ange was a life saver !! I got stuck on the coast in a storm. She kindly found me a beautiful room with an ocean view and such a comfy bed! She met me at the door with an umbrella in gale force winds! Gave me a bottle of wine as I was soaked and even offered clothes! The loveliest genuine person ever! The room was massive and had everything I needed ! I dried my clothes in the drier and was so relaxed and comfortable. I can highly recommend this accomodation as one of the best in Burleigh!! 6 stars! A must to stay at! Great for business events too!

We found the rooms to be great! They were bigger than expected and nice and clean. The gym was nice as was the pool area.
The staff were super helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for what we needed, close to beach, bars and restaurants.

This is the second time in a little over a year that we have stayed at Ambience. The good - the room was lovely - three bedroom apartment with everything you need - kitchen, laundry etc. Clean and well appointed. The pool is great, everything is easy to use and access and we had no problems during our stay. The one BIG issue, outside of the control of the Ambience, is the ongoing roadworks nearby. We thought that a year later there would be some progression in the work of extending the tram line but in reality it didn't appear so. Roadworks begin around 9pm five nights a week and continue until the early hours. All sorts of crashing and banging that will interrupt your sleep if you are a light sleeper. The is in addition to the general constriction of the nearby streets - traffic is awful and it's getting tricky as a pedestrian too. It sounds bad, but if you can get over this, then it really is a great location (and will be awesome once the tram is finished). It's (generally) and easy walk to the Burleigh Heads shops etc which are great, the beach is close and there's a park across the road. All up, can't wait to see the finished neighbourhood!

We had 15 people stay with Ambience so we had the absolute pleasure of booking three apartments!
The PERFECT location for restaurants, beach, and dining experiences! So central to everything! Especially for Hens parties!
Every single guest absolutely raved about how lovely the rooms were! So modern, tidy and up-kept! Honestly they were just beautiful!
