Great food and great service every time.
Tyler on the bar is always super friendly and eager to please, service is always fantastic and he’s always up for a quick chat. Anglers is my go to spot for a cold beer every time. Keep up the good work!!

Ate here twice in the last week while staying locally, 5 of us ate the first night and 8 of us tonight and both times were excellent. Variety of meals were had and tonight 5 out of 8 had the rump steak Sunday special and all were delighted at the quality. Delicious and amazing value! Staff were real nice too. Can recommend.

Service is second to none and food is fantastic👌🏻
My husband and I were served by a young man called Tyler he is absolutely worth more money amazing service and extremely polite. Will definitely be back

Decent menu variety. Great atmosphere. Food was good and arrived quickly. Friendly customer service, particularly from staff member Tyler.
Would recommend Anglers Arms to others and definitely be back next time we visit the gold coast 😊

I am writing to formally report the unacceptable behaviour I witnessed from two staff members, Wesley and Hannah. Based on what I personally observed, their conduct was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.
During my visit, both Wesley and Hannah spoke to a woman in a harsh, condescending tone that made her visibly uncomfortable. From my perspective, the way they addressed her was unnecessary and humiliating. As women themselves, I expected a level of empathy and respect, but instead their behaviour came across as dismissive and demeaning.
This incident left such a negative impression on me that I no longer feel comfortable attending this venue. I intend to share my experience with others so they are aware of how customers are being treated. I believe people deserve to know what kind of behaviour is allowed to happen here.
I strongly believe Wesley and Hannah require immediate retraining in customer service, communication, and professionalism. I hope this complaint is taken seriously, as the situation was extremely disappointing.
Thank you for your attention I would give it zero starts if I could .THIS Happened two days ago on the 13 the of November at 9:15pm this will be documented to everyone just so you’re aware of you’re actions and if needed I will contacted Fair Trading to make a another complaint as this is just the experience I have witnessed
