We were very impressed with all aspects of The Imperial Hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was immaculate. Breakfast was sumptuous. Dinner was a special treat with the seafood linguine being outstanding.
The ambience of the foyer is both relaxing and welcoming with stunning displays of orchids, piano music and beautiful furniture.

The hotel may not be brand new, but it certainly has a unique charm that takes you back to a time when Baroque was synonymous with luxury. I loved the comfort of my room, the wonderfully relaxing jacuzzi, and the pool view that offered the perfect backdrop for my moments of reflection. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional—I’ve never seen such a vast and delicious raw seafood buffet; it truly made my solo birthday dinner unforgettable. I also adored the top-tier, fully equipped gym and the kindness of most of the staff. The moments spent in the breathtaking lobby, with a pianist playing softly in the background, were absolutely magical.

Our whole experience was amazing from check in to check out. Every staff member we talked to were so polite and welcoming. Everyday our room was cleaned and refreshed to perfection. Breakfast each morning was exceptional. We will definitely be coming back to stay

We loved Imperial Hotel. Away from the crowd and a very relaxing atmosphere. We upgraded our room to a pool view which was superb. Holly at the reception desk was very obliging and most helpful.
The lobby was opulent and luxurious with superb floral arrangements and quality Vetsace furnishings.The food at the restaurant was excellent as were all the staff.
We were able to catch a bus right outside to travel to Surfers. Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. It exudes of old world charm which we love.
Certainly look forward to getting back. Nicole
