We had an absolutely fantastic dinner at the Grand Hotel in Labrador, and it deserves every one of these five stars. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was perfect …. ocean views, pelicans gliding by, a gentle breeze, and great background music that set a relaxed, coastal vibe without being too loud. ✨🤩✨
A special shoutout to the lovely lady behind the bar with the copper hair 🧡 she was honestly amazing. So friendly, welcoming, and genuinely warm. She made us the best frozen mango margaritas (seriously next-level!) and poured a couple of perfectly chilled Eskimo beers that were super refreshing on a warm evening 😋😋😋
For dinner, we had the 400g steak with chips and salad for $38 each , and it was incredible value. The portion was huge, a real 400g steak, and it was cooked to absolute perfection 🤤 We ordered medium, and it came out exactly medium. I had the garlic sauce, my partner had the pepper sauce, and both were delicious and full of flavour. The chips were crispy, the salad was fresh, and everything was served in a timely and friendly way.
All in all, such a wonderful dining experience …. great service, amazing drinks, delicious food, and the perfect Gold Coast setting. We’ll definitely be back. Five stars! ✨🌴🍹

Attended for dinner with friends for the first time, lovely atmosphere and food servings were large for price, couldn’t finish my meal. Staff were lovely but very busy. Wasn’t impressed with position of pay counter! As I finished paying I turned to leave and a waiter carrying full plates of food was coming through at the same time, high traffic doorway was dangerous. Also a friend turned to leave after paying and his foot was caught under a mat, luckily he realised and didn’t fall. We were going to stay for the band but they started a bit later so missed them, Otherwise great night.

A go to for locals...pretty good pub grub we really love the location & frequent this venue when in the area...theres usually a nice breeze...as there is only street parking that can be a bit tricky during busy periods
We recommend a visit when in the area

This place is awesome on public holidays or weekends, they have awesome live music being played on most nights & the atmosphere is always pumping which is what you want. The staff are friendly & very helpful.
The food is next level don't go past the lamb shanks, i have never been disappointed with this option & has always left me feeling like i had a great night regardless of what happens.

We went for lunch yesterday, it was pretty busy, so we found a seat out in the Kokonut bar area outside. We ordered ourselves. We got drinks from the bar, which we had to wait for nearly 5-10minutes each time. Very slow service for a bar. The atmosphere was good, we enjoyed that. My partner's daughter ordered a steak sandwich with chips and a Solero cocktail, everything was perfect 👌 my partner ordered the Calamari and salad, Calamari was good, the salad which looked creek inspired was not great, the dressing was sweet, the Olives were watery no flavour. I ordered the Grilled octopus with salad, the salad was very soggy and drenched in ranch dressing too much Parmesan, I left most of it, was horrible. The octopus, was over crispy, Grilled too much, and was sweet, which I disliked (a tangy/lemony, parsley,
dressingwould have been bettermuch better choice than sweet). The octopus salad came with sweet chilli sauce, I thought was a weird flavour to pair it with. One out 3 meals were great, so not a very high percentage of nice ones, I expected more, the food to be delicious. The cocktail was delicious, she loved it. It was very noisy, since there was a lot of people, needed bit more air flow also, got bit stuffy. The place is nice, but wasn't happy with the both salads and service, no-ne tried to order our drinks or food once we sat in the dining area. I doubt we will go again.
