We came in today and grabbed an OMG, A plain and simple, family chips and gravy and dips. OMG indeed. It was so fresh. The service was absolutely lovely, staff very attentive and helped us sign up to the loyalty. Food was super quick, only took 10 minutes for everything we ordered despite a huge group of people waiting. Chips were super fresh and tasted yummy with the chicken salt, serviettes provided which was a plus, and gravy was perfection. I’ve not been this satisfied with a lunch feed in a long time, but today tops the cake. I will be back 1000%.

The staff was very lovely and made sure my order was delicious. Will definitely be coming back for more on my next visit to Australia!

Had sweet potato fries and a wrap yesterday. Started with fries - tasted more awful than normal (the place has gone down over the years), they tasted like anything else but potatoes. And I'm normally fussy about them being burnt a bit! Then off I went with that wrap which normally still taste pretty good these days. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten. Never have I felt in my life half way through the meal that my stomach cramps up and isn't receptive to food anymore.
I do not recommend this place at all. The food tasted like there was something very off in it - like when you're taking something out of the smelly fridge and eat it - the taste of the fridge or whatever it was.
Have a good day and I hope you guys will work on your standards before the place gets shut down

I don’t ever post reviews but I had to say something. My friend had ordered and waited 20 minutes for her meal and not only that but paid
$24 for 1 pice of chicken with 2 tomato’s in a little side salad is an absolute joke

Fantastic customer service, felt more like a 5 star restaurant than a fast food venue. Bev was very helpful and provided me with personalised suggestions when I couldn’t decide what to eat! Food was presented very tidily. Just what I needed after a long tiring day at my strenuous job. Thanks Bev and Schnitz team for a great experience 👍🏻
