Don't know what it is about food chains in Australia, but once they get to a certain level they suddenly decide that they can start letting their standards drop.
Once known for amazing, fresh, large burgers, Grill'd has now slipped below McDonalds and Hungry Jacks in terms of their quality standards. Now on multiple occasions I have received burgers that look like they've been made by Stevie Wonder.
Last night we made an order from Grill'd Robina and we had some people who couldn't eat dairy, so we ordered some vegan Mayo. Nothing was labelled so we had no idea which was the vegan Mayo and what was the normal Mayo. The burgers looked like they had been recovered from the skip in the back ally, and the patties on the veggie burgers were burnt to all hell. The panini burgers bun was also tiny compared to the patties.
We also ordered some zucchini fries and they were so insanely oily, I could feel my arteries clogging up as I ate them.
I have dined at Grill'd Robina on more occasions than I can remember over the years, but I don't think ill ever be back to another Grill'd again. Every single location has gone so downhill in the last few years.

Had our catering with Grill'd. We were happy with the quality of the sliders.
Easy communication with Cory and he had our catering delivered right on time as well!

This is our favourite place to dine. We come here quite often due to how much we love this place. Robina grilled is the best. What makes it the best apart from the yummy food. The best mayonnaise in the world I could eat that mayo by the jar..
l have a child with special needs & dietary issues and they always look after us so well ! Staff are so lovely and friendly, but I have to say that the manager Corey is unbelievable. He really is Outstanding, kind, caring & very respectful !
Not to mentions , a great sense of humour we even have a good laugh! He’s also the reason we keep coming back! Definitely the …
BEST GRILL’D IN QUEENSLAND ! 👏☀️
Thank you, grilled see you again very soon! ☄️

I most of the time really enjoy Grill'd, however the last time I went to Grill'd Robina I had an upset stomach for 24 hours afterwards. When I got the Grill'd membership e-mail to ask how the food was, I responded accordingly.
A manager called and said thank you for sharing and that he would ensure the team are trained on cooking chicken properly and offered me a burger on the house to make up. I said I was about to go overseas for a month and wouldn't be able to redeem until after this. He was very kind and friendly on the phone.
He assured me it was no trouble, and to just let him know when I was next around and he would make it happen even if he wasn't there.
I decided to take him up on it, he wasn't able to take my call (which is of course fine!) and didn't know who I was initially when I messaged. I reminded and he remembered, and then offered a gift card in the mail instead. That was over 3 weeks ago I gave my address so I assume it's not coming.
I assume no one has taken him up on his offer before, because it feels to hard to redeem. But he assured me on the phone it was no trouble at all, and I didn't request anything or want anything other than to give the feedback, but he offered and insisted. Instead, I feel silly for reaching out and providing feedback.
