I’m on night 1 of my 2 night stay. This place is grose and thin walls, can hear neighbours turning in their beds. Everything is old and dusty. They should renovate or shut down. I would rather have spent more for a decent stay. The beds are also awful. Also my neighbours light shines through the cracks of the door. They need to seal this shut. See photo.
Would not stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoy each stay when we arrive. It has made co-parenting between cities so much easier when you can be in the accommodation that is not far from your child's other family.
We want to thank Donna for always looking after us during the last 2/3 years I have commuted to be with my daughter for holidays.

To answer the owners question: We stayed in 15A. I didn't think I would have to ask to have our room cleaned when we are paying guests? Normally a room is cleaned before allowing someone to stay. And as for the paper thin walls, what could you really do? Instead of putting it back on the customer for not reporting your uncleaned apartment maybe just do the basics and try harder. Even just saying hello to the guest goes a long way!.
I think the nicest thing about the place was the lake and swan walking around.
The room wasn’t cleaned, the couch reeked of dust. When you sat down a cloud of dust emitted into the room. The bathroom was disgusting! The toilet had a miscellaneous brown stain spotted on the floor at its base, can only assume what that was! 🤮Floors were dirty throughout the entire place, didn’t take my shoes off. Paper thin walls, could hear the entire conversation next door. I felt like I had to whisper to have any privacy. They stayed awake talking and drinking till 2am. The lady at reception hardly even acknowledged us. Place always stinks of cigarettes when you come and go. Good location to the shops though and other local things. Signs in the unit saying keep everything clean and take rubbish away. What’s the point in staying at a hotel if you have to clean the entire room and take rubbish with you? Honestly save you money and pay a bit more and have a decent night sleep on a bed from this century.

Lovely service of what COULD be an amazing hotel. UNFORTUNATELY the standard of hygiene in my room was unacceptable. The air con/heater was filled with dust and mould, almost like it hasn’t been cleaned in well over 12 months, the fans dusty, the floors dirty. Found nut shells near the lounge as well as someone else’s credit cards. This morning before checkout I had seen a cockroach. Also, the shower screens were not clean at all.
The hotel is perfectly located and does offer pretty decent amenities for its price, I just wish the cleaners cleaned and didn’t just do a quick re set between each tenant. It was a very dusty room.

Ok, hold on to your hats!!
Check in went smoothly, the lady who checked me in was lovely, commented on my foxwood sweater.
We stayed in room 21, it was clean and well presented.
After a 10 hour drive from Sydney we wanted to have a relax b4 having a big weekend.
Let's start with unpacking, went to the wardrobe, the doors wouldn't open or close. A quick trip to bunnings could fix this.
No iron in the room and we searched EVERYWHERE. No problems the shopping centre is a 2 min walk.
Purchase a $7.50 iron from Kmart- $7.50 isn't a lot of money surely my $500 plus for 3 nights stay could have covered a $7.50 iron.
NEXT the bathroom, please don't attempt to shower in the evening, although there is a total of 3 down lights, all of 1.5 Wats. One flickers the whole time you are in the shower, the water pressure was good.
The lounge could do with a steam clean. It smelt of unshowerd people.
Clean yes
Safe yes
