One word: overrated. For how hyped up this place is, I expected the sushi to be so much better.
First of all, when you arrive, there’s a long line of people waiting outside. You need to have either made a reservation beforehand or go in and make one.
Even though we made a reservation days in advance, we STILL had to wait in line for about 10-15 minutes.
The demand builds up all this hype, and then we finally went inside and ordered and it was just… average.
It definitely wasn’t bad sushi, it was good, but that’s exactly it. It was just good. It wasn’t that great. It didn’t live up to my expectations. Also the aburi sushi I ordered was cold by the time it arrived, having lost its warm freshness.
I ate a lot because I was very hungry, but this place will not be my first pick next time I want sushi.
Btw, all the dishes are $4.80, so that’s nice. The service was good too. But the food is overrated !

Nice little sushi place that is really busy, had to wait for around 20-30min to get a spot for a single person. The food is good, but not as great as the reviews would have it seem. It is a mix of western and japanese style sushi, but the quality does not quite reach up to what I'd call japanese quality sushi restaurant. At the same time you will probably get a great meal for the price if you go here.

Come here for authentic Japanese food especially sushi. There is a variety of sushi u can choose from as well as deserts and drinks. The restaurant is decorated very lovely. Well priced compared to other places. Great service as well. Only problem is sometimes it can be busy so be prepared to wait a little but it is completely worth the wait.

It's been a long time here from the last time 😅
Of course, the price has been going up😆
I had some sushi plates mainly this time.
I enjoyed my plates😋
But I am concerned about somehow just sushi rice out of the plate(?) or just some food caps that went around on the lane😅
It was a bit busy but plenty of staff were working 🤣
I think they need to care for it a bit more.
Some friendly staff, some not😅
They have various types of food 😁
I’d love to try other dishes next time☺️

Definitely stands apart from a Sushi Train chain.
The food was top tier.
This place is absolutely packed at night, so book early if you can.
