Glad I found this place for my husband's birthday celebration! Uber is easy to get there. Husband has a single sofa seat that looks very comfortable while the opposite seat is comfortable but constantly feels the air con drafts. We had the Tasting Menu. Way too much for me these days. Food was interesting. Starter snacks are cute but one of the item is too salty. Don't quite understand why the sourdough bread is the 5th course? It should go together with the cuttlefish soup. Unnecessary to have 2 dessert especially soft serve ice cream was so good with the toppings, and then followed by another Apricot ice cream. Goodness me. The Apricot ice cream with meringue was very good but I can't have more than 1 teaspoon.
We had wine by the glass, Pinot Grigio, Fiano, Chardonnay all good! Overall, tasting menu is AU 150 per pax. Is reasonable but since I can't eat so much these days, 5 course is good enough. Will love to bring my guest here again!

Food was good overall, though not particularly memorable. What really stood out was the service. Faith was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel well looked after throughout the entire night. She kept checking in on us and really made our anniversary dinner feel special. Great hospitality like that definitely leaves a lasting impression.

This is my 3rd time here and I had been hesitant to come back as the first time, it took too long and the second wasn’t too memorable.. however I’m glad I came this third time albeit on a whim on a Saturday.
Service and food was excellent. They were extremely accommodating with my toddler being in the space. Food was served promptly and plates were cleared when finished yet doesn’t feel rushed.
We did 3 course ala carte and enjoyed the duck and steak a lot for mains and soufflé dessert was amazing. Entrees weren’t as wow making but mains and desserts made up for it.. overall this was a fine dining experience which even my toddler did not get fussy through it..

Been meaning to post this for a while (I know the menu has probably changed since we went), but we had an awesome experience at Palette Restaurant in Surfers Paradise.
The food was amazing across the board — everything looked great and tasted even better. You can tell a lot of care goes into the dishes and presentation. The service was just as good too — really friendly, attentive, and made the whole night feel relaxed and enjoyable.
Definitely one of the standout meals we had in Surfers Paradise and would happily go back again.
