Monday 8/7/2024. Ordered the special - Roast Beef n gravy + chips $15.95 and also Eggs Benedict $21.95. When the food came out the Roast Beef meal covered the plate and seemed to match expectations. The Eggs Benny by comparison was a shocker. A single small slice of sourdough (maybe 12cm x 6cm) with 2 eggs placed onto the top of all the other ingredients. Nothing overhanging the edge of the bread aside from the sauce. It was embarrassingly small on the medium sized plate. I asked the waitress if that was it, she had a long stare at the plate, then apologised but said that's it, then walked away. I then had to go and ask for cutlery as none was served with the meals. I stewed for a short while then asked another waitress who came and looked, again apologised at the lack of serving size and walked away. I stewed some more, then I asked for the manager. He (the cook not a chef), came out and declared that $21.95 for eggs benny is average price and that I need to "get out more often", and to "get over myself". He then agreed to refund the meals and we went elsewhere.
We ended up at RELISH at HomeWorld in Helensvale. Where for $19.50 we were served more food than we could eat. 2 slices of sourdough smothered in toppings, ( 2 x halloumi, hash brown, 2 eggs, bacon, dried tomatoes etc) more than twice the serving of the Kleins 'token' meal. See the attached image of the RELISH meal as an example of what you 'should' expect.
Kleins Eggs Benny was so small it could all be picked up on the single small piece of sourdough toast and eaten like a finger of toast. Needless to say I wont be back and will tell my cycling friends to avoid Kliens if they want anything more than coffee.

I welcomed result after a horrible holiday at couran cove resort. This place even while busy was able to take our order and serve our food at a blistering pace. Prices very reasonable and top quality service. The breakfast options ordered were fantastic. If not for this breakfast our 4 break away would have been a total loss. Thanks for doing what you and really well.

What a great find. We had brunch there this morning, food and service was great and the staff were very friendly.
I had Lambs fry, bacon and I added 2 eggs, very nice
Will definitely be back either for brunch or dinner with the Coffee & BS group.

This restaurant has the most amazing chicken schnitzel meals absolutely delicious and takeaway also delicious 😋
