The Pad Thai was badly burnt and had almost no seasoning. It tasted burnt throughout, making it impossible to eat.
This is by far the worst restaurant I’ve been to—not just on the Gold Coast, but in all of Australia. The hygiene standards and the quality of the food were absolutely unacceptable.
The food was not fit for human consumption. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

We had a fantastic experience at Kua Thai Isan Traditional Thai Restaurant! This place truly delivers on authentic Thai flavours, especially the bold, spicy, and aromatic profiles that Isan cuisine is known for. It’s one of those restaurants that feels genuine, like you’ve stepped into a local Thai eatery, but right here on the Gold Coast.
Q: How is the food quality and taste?
A: The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. Classic dishes like som tam (papaya salad), larb, tom yum, and grilled meats were vibrant, well-balanced, and beautifully seasoned. Each dish had depth, rich spice, fresh herbs, and a satisfying punch without being overly heavy.

A: Beautiful! Every meal we ordered looked appetising and thoughtfully plated. The colours were bright, garnishes fresh, and it tasted just as good as it looked, perfect for both dine-in photos and sharing on social media.

A: Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely warm! The staff made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in and were happy to explain the menu in detail, which really enhanced the experience. The atmosphere had a relaxed, casual vibe, great for family dinners, group meals, or a night out with friends.

Yummy traditional Thai unlike most Thai restaurants on Gold Coast. Food was all super yummy!! We had Isan Sausage, Chilli basil crispy pork, steam Barra, Papaya Salad with crab, chicken larb. Atmosphere for just your standard takeaway place and rice was not fresh and a bit cold but no other complaints 😊

Food was amazing portion even better but the service another level. After first visit the big smile of the stuff. I felt I'm part of the family. I got my favourite restaurant ever. The price and the portion is something else see you soon. Recommend 6🌟🫶❤️🔥
